Slow prestashop - waterfall - english language loading?

The waterfall test shows that the english language site is loading (very slow) when testing our danish site. I assume this is the reason for the slow loading of the page (TTFB).

How to avoid the english language site is slowing down the web page speed?

Do you use a module for translation?

yes, we have this module: Website Translator v1.8.2 - by Presto-Changeo

Make sure the module has been updated to the latest version and try to disable it for comparison.

updated to PHP v. 7.0 and it helped :-)

Yes, PHP 7 is considerably faster than it's predecessors, but you shouldn't rely on that for speed alone.
