Hey! I'm looking for something that let you create multiple cart rules and to use the same voucher code. For example: - create 1 rule for cart for category x (or some products from it) to be 20% off when entering the code EXAMPLE - create 1 rule for cart for for category y (or some products from it) to be 15% off when entering the code EXAMPLE - create 1 rule for cart for for category z (or some products from it) to be 50% off when entering the code EXAMPLE If you try to create a new cart rule with a already existing code, you'll get an error. I want to move coupon code box from shopping cart to review order summary last checkout option. Some custers are unable to apply coupon code so want to move in last option is there any possiblites here

PrestaShop 1.6.1.7 - 1.6.1.9: Seems there is another bug in the voucher system. I created a voucher code. It is available for 100 customers. Each customer can use the code 1 time. It works with registered customers, but guest customers with the same mailadress can use the code unlimited (until the 100 is at 0). I can remember that PrestaShop checked in the past if the code was already used by this mailadress, right? Created a forge ticket: PSCSX-8689

Hi All, I really hope someone can help. I am using PrestaShop version 1.4.7.0. The problem I am experiencing is due to the shipping cost and voucher codes. I have shipping set to £3 for any orders up to £35 and free for any orders over £35. If someone has a cart that is just over £35 it is correctly giving them free shipping. If they then enter a voucher code that takes the total below £35 it is still showing free shipping. My client wants the shipping to be added back in as soon as the voucher code takes the cost below the £35. Example: Total cart: £36.00 Shipping: £0 10% Off voucher code applied Total Cart: £32.40 Shipping should now be added back in as total is below £35 and would make the total cart value £35.40 but this is not happening, shipping stays at £0. Is there a way I can get the shop to recalculate the shipping after a voucher has been entered? Thanks in advance

Hi there I post this problem into Spanish section, but because of I have receive no reply and it's a urgent problem to solve, I'll post it here. I'm having a trouble with a client's website... I've tried looking up forums, documentation, etc... but I cannot found a solution. Sometimes, when a client places an order and, later, I check it I see: "discount name: ..... value: ..." It's a new shop, so it only has 3 orders and it has happened two times. First time, there was an active vocuher code (in order to test the purchase process before release the shop), but, when my client told me the error, I remove the discount and deactivate all discounts. Also, I check there weren't any group with discounts active. Second order, all was ok, but, today, the 'magic voucher code' appears again and I have no idea what's the reason of the problem. Looking up my database, I saw that voucher codes were saved into "ps_order_discount". But that table only contains information of two discounts made. I have read somewhere that point to be a PayPal module problem, so I disable "express_checkout" option just in case. Looking into a little, I found that in the shopping cart asociated to the order, appears the price that was charged (the price with the applied discount, but wihout mention any discount), because one item was missing (curiously, the price of that item was the value of the discount). All bought products are in the same category and I have no weird options in configuration. Also I checked PayPal response codes and I don't see anything wrong. Finally, I've just realised that the orders where discount was applied were placed with the same carrier, but, checking configuration, I thing it's ok. What do you recomend I do? I'm quite desperate... my client is losing money and I should fix it as soon as possible. Buenas Estoy teniendo un problema con un cliente, pero por más que leo en foros, busco en google y en mil sitios, no encuentro la solución. Resulta que cuando alguien compra algún artículo, al revisar el pedido aparece al final "Nombre del descuento...." y un valor. La tienda sólo ha tenido tres pedidos hasta ahora, por lo que no puedo ver una pauta en lo ocurrido (ha pasado en dos de ellos). La primera vez sí había un vale activo, que usábamos para el testeo antes de la puesta en marcha, pero se nos pasó quitarlo (aunque dudo que el cliente escribiera el código del vale). Eliminamos el vale (tanto en front-end como un posterior checkeo en la database) y desactivamos la opción de habilitar vales. El segundo pedido fue todo correcto, sin embargo, (y sin activar nada de lo anterior ni haber hecho modificaciones en la tienda), hoy apareció otra vez el dichoso descuento de la nada. Mirando dónde se registran esos vales, veo que están en "ps_order_discount", pero claro, sólo están los dos que ya se han hecho y nada que lo relacione con hacer otro descuento 'mágicamente'. Le leído algo que apuntaba a ser problema del módulo de paypal, pero no estoy seguro, aún estoy investigando sobre ello. Por si acaso, he quitado el checkout express, pues escuché que daba problemas. ¿Qué me recomendáis que haga? Estoy algo desesperado, pues mi cliente está perdiendo dinero en las ventas con estos descuentos automáticos y debo arreglarlo cuanto antes. A continuación, detalles sobre versión, configuración, etc. Prestashop 1.4.8.2 Paypal 2.8.7 Vales desactivados y código que aparece eliminado también (aunque es el mismo nombre que el código que se creó para testeo y después fue eliminado) Un sólo grupo, con descuento a 0 Ningún tipo de regla extraña, sólo gastos de envíos gratis a partir de cierta cantidad (ningún pedido lo sobrepasó No consigo repetir el error, aunque haga el mismo pedido, pues, al paso inmediatamente anterior al pago con paypal, sale la cantidad adecuada. Hello. I have a question regarding voucher/coupon codes. Is it possible to view the voucher code in order details ? It is very important because we are not able to control some processes. Example: I have resellers to whom i want to give some discount voucher codes to offer their clients discounts when buying any product and also offer additional bonuses to my resellers. For this i need to know the voucher code to identify to which reseller it belongs, though i can control reseller bonuses. Will apreciate if someone can help me with this solution. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.
