Hi I know this is a commonly reported problem, and a number of solutions have been posted. I believe have tried all of them with no joy, and was looking for some pointers, in case I have missed something obvious. The problem is that the Visitors Online stats page is always showing no visitors. The SQL table, which i believe holds the relevant data, ps_page_viewed, is empty. Having gone through the existing related posts, I have confirmed the following: 1. The Data Mining stats module is installed and 'Save page views for each customer' is enabled. 2: The Data Mining for statistics module is hooked into the footer. Just to be sure, if I try to follow the "transplant" instructions, to transplant it into the footer, I get the error "This module is already transplanted to this hook." 3. The footer.tpl for the theme I am using (based on one of the free presta-shop themes) has the footer hook: <!-- Footer --> <div id="footer_wrapper"> <div id="footer"> {$HOOK_FOOTER} {if $page_name == 'index'}<!-- [[%FOOTER_LINK]] -->{/if} </div> </div> </div> 4. The rendered source code for all pages has the following script embedded in the HTML, which I believe to the the script for recording these stats? <script type="text/javascript"> var time_start; $(window).load( function() { time_start = new Date(); } ); $(window).unload( function() { var time_end = new Date(); var pagetime = new Object; pagetime.type = "pagetime"; pagetime.id_connections = "14426"; pagetime.id_page = "64"; pagetime.time_start = "2013-09-22 18:06:12"; pagetime.token = "efcf60c1e772f923a6c602a129c854c71c42430e"; pagetime.time = time_end-time_start; $.post("http://iceventureuk.com/statistics.php", pagetime); } ); </script> We are still using PrestaShop 1.4.9.0 - but I would expect it to work for this version. Can anyone give me a pointer as to what I should be trying next to locate the source of this problem? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Cathy

Hi, We've just recently migrated our store from an NZ server to a faster one in the US. Everything has gone well except for a few statistics problems. The first one, which seems Prestashop related is the Visitors Online stat, which seems to be showing visitors from throughout the day as opposed to those just online at that current point in time. The second, is the referrer stats which list our own website throughout the top 30 referring site. I think this one might be more to do with the analytical software the new host is using under CPanel. But they may be related, I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Hello, The Visitors online Module in the backend office does not work, and hasn't since we installed. There was a notice to turn on certain features, which we did do... however still no success.[/color] Any ideas or anything else having this issue?

Hello all, I got 2 questions. I have a small clothing shop, but recently (at 30-09-2011) my visitors online counter was freezed at 0. and also my product pages viewed on the main admin page was freezed at 19414. I looked at the date on the calender, didn't helped. reinstalled the modules. Not the answer. And i cleaned the databases. Still no answer. Now my question is, what is the problem with the counting? Or can you tell me in what page/script the functions for counting costumers and product pages are called? Because the problem with visitors online is that he doesn't put any information in: ps_connections ps_connections_page ps_connections_source ps. i use version 1.3.7.0 Thanks in advance!
