I've read a few forums about this issue with no resolution. I'm using paypal usa, I have no taxes set up, all my products are virtual products so no shipping. But when customers make a order, they are charged in paypal... but it doesn't return to the shop to make the order. Reading about this issue many have problems with taxation. But since I have no shipping or taxes... what else can be the problem. Any ideas?

Ok, I have paid for this module and I have a major annoying issue that should not be occurring when I spent over $100 for this one mod. Details: Prestashop version: 1.5.6.2 PayPalPRO (Paid Version 1.2.3) Location: USA Website: https://www.swcoins.com I have an SSL & dedicated IP address. Problem: I am getting orders via the PayPalPRO paid module. The orders are being creating in the backend without apparent issue. The money is being sent to PayPal without apparent issue. The issue is: The name and total paid is being logged in PayPal, however, the buyers address is NOT being logged in PayPal thus I have no link in PayPal to click in order to create a shipping label. Is there any fix for this? This is very annoying to have to cut and paste from the back end into paypal and the risk of a data entry error is always there. Thanks, Josh

Hi all, i have a US store using prestashop 1.5.6. here is my dilemna. i have a product that my pre-tax wholesale price is set up as $24.99. for this product i set up a "Specific Price" for all currencies, all customers,etc with a discount of "$-7.00" to make the Sale price of this product be $17.99 We are in NY state, so we have to charge ny state tax for orders shipping to NY... the tax rule under the product price is set to "US-NY Rate (4%)" when a customer adds this item to cart and enters their address if they are in NY, the following happens... they are charged tax on the wholesale price not the discounted price. i need this to be tax charged on the actual sale price. here is a copy of the invoice, which is confusing at best.. any input on how to make this better is appreciated as well. it lists "unit price (Tax excl.)" as $18.26, this should be $17.99, and the only tax should be the tax on the dicounted price... has anyone offered a fix for this in prestashop 1.5.6 for us sellers? thank you

Hello, I have a Prestashop installed here: www.tecnopolisbo.com. I'm phissically located in Bolivia currently, BUT I'm a US citizen and I'm setting up an ecommerce site with PayPal support for US country enabled, BUT when I try to install the PayPal USA module I get this error: The following module(s) were not installed properly: - paypalusa : Sorry, this module has been designed for stores based in USA, Canada and Mexico only. Please use the classic PayPal Addon instead. I have tried to download the module and install from the Modules Backend (upload), also I have deleted the module but still getting the same error. Screenshot attached, as you can see the STORE is configured for US country, so what should I do to config the store from Bolivia? should I travel to US to config ? Any thoughts ? Thanks, Carlos

Hi all, Please can someone help me!! I am unable to take payments currently on my site. Every time people try and pay it comes up with this error: "We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com." " Your purchase couldn't be completed There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. Please try again later." There is nothing wrong with my paypal account, it works just fine. However I am in the UK and have Paypal USA & Canada installed. Would this be the problem? I cannot see any other option for Paypal? I cannot see a UK option. Please help! I'm completely at a loss!! Many thanks is advance, Jem x -
Hola. Me gustaría saber cómo cambiar la bandera de un idioma. Concretamente la bandera de EEUU por la del Reino unido, ya que no comprendo por qué aparece la bandera estadounidense al seleccionar el idioma inglés, cuando lo más lógico es asociar el idioma inglés con la bandera del Reino Unido. Ya sé que si añado el idioma "inglés (UK)" aparece la bandera que yo quiero, pero es que entonces la dirección se vería así: "www.tienda.com/uk" y me parece más lógico que aparezca así "www.tienda.com/en". Saludos. -
Buenas, soy nuevo con Prestashop, soy de Venezuela y quiero cambiar el tipo de moneda que viene defino en el sistema, el sistema no tiene defino otro tipo de moneda, tendrán alguna sugerencia. Saludos.

Hi I'm in desperate need of some kind of guidance I'm hoping this is easier for you guys. I have been trying to get my USPS. To provide shipping rates for my site for countries outside the US. I have systematically gone through every single drop down. Looked at them piece by piece by piece. I have enabled all the countries. I have also enabled all their states. I even made Canada it's own zone and added the Canadian states listed to that zone. I've done everything I know of and can think of. The tutorial I read said it should just be as simple as enabling the zones in the shipping carrier. I've done that I've also undone it an done it again an resaved. In an attempt to snap the site into working. I HAVE GOTTEN NO WHERE! Some one ANYONE please Help me. I've rebuilt this site 6+ times I do not want to have to rebuild it again. I'm in desperate need of any help. So please if you know how to do this. Please just tell me.
