Hello Folks! I'm just wondering where could I find the product visblity and availability number in the database? I want to write a small script: "when product stock goes to 0 ==> turn it offline and disable visiblity on front office" Where can I find the 0 or 1 int the database that handle offile - online Please advise Thank you PS 1.7.2.4

Hi This seems to be a bug. I hope that it is just a wrong setting, though. In the front-end, when viewing a product (with combinations), it looks normal. See attachment 1 (product_available.png). Then I cycle though the combinations - to make sure they have been set-up properly. When I came back to the same product combination, it says product unavailable. See attachment 2 (product_unavailable.png). It happens (product is flagged as out-of-stock - unavailable) on each second choice, since I have 5 combinations (an odd number), the same product reports differently. However in the Back Office, the quantities (for each combination) are set with a high number. See attachment 3 (product_bo.png). Why is this happening?

Hi, I'm in the process of setting up a shop and have added some products to my cart. I've since disabled some of those products with the status toggle and have two issues when I go to the cart summary: The disabled products still have a green 'In stock' indicator. I can edit shopping-cart-product-line.tpl to change this but shouldn't the default behaviour be for these products to show as out of stock or unavailable without me editing templates? Or am I missing something? At the top of the page it says there's 1 error: that Product A is not available and I need to remove it. If I remove Product A it still says there's 1 error: that product B is not available. Should it not tell me that I need to remove *all* out of stock products? Thanks, Martin.

Hello As the title says.... i have different combinations of products, for example jacket in color black, in sizes L, M, S and in white in size L. But, for the white combination it is displaing also the sizes M and S. In the configuration - "Display unavailable product attributes on product page" is set to "no". What is wrong please? Presta version 1.4.4.0

Hey There, I have UPS configured and communicating with my prestashop installation. The issue I am having is even though my weight, price ranges and zones appear to be setup correctly, the minute I add weight & dimension values to my products none of my UPS carriers show up as available upon checkout. All I can think of is it is a zone and/or weight range issue, but I have checked these multiple times. Is there a radio button or check box that I have missed perhaps? Any help appreciated, I feel like I've been going in circles-- getting dizzy! Brock

Tengo un problema que puede llegar a confusion al cliente. En la parte de lo mas vendido, los productos aparecen como Unavailable, aun estando disponibles. Y es verdad que si pinchas en el producto te da que esta disponible. Pero puede llevar a confusion al cliente. Alguien sabe como quito Unavailable en el producto en la parte de lo mas vendidos. Gracias!!!!

Hi. I need urgent help. I am trying to run this website: http:makron.si/testing But I am facing a serious problem. My customers can't login (at least I can. And I tried multiple customer testing accounts already). Anyway ... Login page is displayed corretly. But when I enter correct informations i get blank page saying: "This page is temporary unavailble. Please try again later." (url says authorisation.php) But login page is displayed correctly. Is this a hosting service provider error? I am using x10hosting.com free hosting (do you know any better free hosting or on really good and cheap?). Anyway. If I create new account, I can keep login and logout until I close the tab (or somewhat), but than it suddenly start shoing this error again and again. You can try to log in using this infos: email: [email protected] pass: abc123 Any help is really appreciated. (this one is fresh install with only imported my sql database. But original is facing same problem. Only my localhost works correctly.)
