Hola. Tengo un problema en la tienda desde hace una semana y es que ahora "NO APARECEN LOS AJAXS" pero, solamente en la "página del producto", y por tanto, no aparecen las flechitas para incrementar o decrementar la cantidad de artículos, y tampoco funciona el Agregar al carrito, (te redirige al carrito pero no agrega nada a éste); tampoco aparecen los resultados en el textbox del "buscador en catalogo"; tampoco el ajax de un CHAT LIVE (Smartsupp). Ahora bien, en la Home Page, y en el resto de páginas todo funciona normal. El problema repito de los Ajaxs sucede solamente en las páginas de producto, y en la versión mobil es aun peor porque ahí no te muestra tampoco el LOGO de la tienda por tanto no tienes opción de volver a la HOME estando en la página de producto. Otra cosa, si limpio el navegador de Cookies y el historial estando la página de producto activa, ahí si que se muestra correctamente pero para el resto de URL de los productos NO, a menos que vuelvas a realizar otra limpieza con ese producto activo, lo que haría que el producto al que se le hizo la limpieza anterior de cookies, volviera a presentar el problema de los ajaxs. Hi guys, I'm looking for help / advice. I have trouble with main photos displayed on the category pages, for technical reasons these photos are of different sizes, in different orientations (vertical / horizontal) which results in "smash" the page (as you can see) Does anyone know how to use the module, program or settings, except for the physical editing of each image separately, I could prevent it? blocklayered filters are resetting in blocklayered module

Hello folks https://linzoptic.am/4-sunglasses#/Price-40500-3700000 If you follow this link, and click one of filters, for example Bentley, than refresh page, you can see its resetting, but if you do force-reload like cntrl+f5 or cntrl+shift+r he will show ya filter you selected once, I am confused why this can happen? here is the algorithm I wrote to generate click from filtered url after reload. but suspiciously it works only after force-reload, how to solve this kinda trouble? I finished creating my first product, but when I go to my website to view it all I get is a blank page on Google Chrome and (HTTP 500 INTERNATIONAL SERVER ERROR) on explorer Is something not yet set up that I missed? Thanks in advance!

Hallo everyone, something really strange is happening. I've set a store (www.kabukimodels.com) and everything was working fine, but now it's impossible to load the shop home page. The weird thiing is that I can view the single products pages or categories, but if click on the logo to get back to the home page (or simply write the basic URL in the browser), I get an error (the website cannot be loaded)... Any idea? Thanks in advance to everyone! -
Hello, I would ask you about the help. I have a problem when I click on some category on my page for example men - hoodies the page is loaded but I can see only white sreen. I have the same problem in my administracion of prestashop when I click on Logos and templates nothing happen and I can see only white screen. Thank you greatly for your knowledge and help -
Hi all. I was very happy with the performance of the program until I decided to upgrade to version 1.5 prestashop. From it I found a serious problem, I have not managed to solve and have not found anyone in the forums that could give me a solution. Suddenly, I sensed that I could not in any way modify products previously had introduced in versions prior to 1.5. According to "nadie" moderator prestashop forum, I made the following change to /config/config.inc.php, change this: @ ini_set ('display_errors',' off ') and therefore @ ini_set (' display_errors', 'on ') for that would show the error that occurred in the browser. But when I try to save changes, the browser goes blank and does not save anything and don't show no errors. The only solution I've found is to duplicate the product, which makes the program pretty bad, because we have to enter all the details, including images, although the system will ask if duplicate them say yes. All I can do is remove products. The problem is that I have many with this problem. Another thing I have done is to see if they have changed the attributes of the database, but I do not see any field, or otherwise blocked or changed. I thought the following updates prestashop, it would rectify the problem, but that has not happened. I'm going crazy with this trouble. It would be inappropriate, but I have not been able to solve, or the rollback of the back office, so I would appreciate any help greatly. One more thing, sorry. All of this happens in every brower I use and in every computer. Thank you in advance. (Sorry for my english) -

Hi, i have a trouble whit the translations and my English, sorry about the second I increase the number of “max-input vars” to 9000 to avoid problems and allow me the access to the translations, I can do all modifies about the translations in the back office but the front office doesn’t show my changes, so what can I do to fix it? I have been adding products to my site, but today for some odd reason when I copy and past text into the description field (ctrl V) the text is not fully visable, this just started today. If I hit indent all of the text and bullets are there but I cannot edit it without seeing it, its a pain and time consuming. It also does it when i use the paste from word option, Anyone know the cause of this and how to fix it Thanks in advance
