Hi
I am using multi-store 1.6.1.16, and am trying to find out if I can have a different "order accepted" email generated for retail customers and wholesale customers. currently, the system treats both of my stores in the same way and so sends out the same "order accepted" email regardless of which store you bought from.
is there a work around?
I was imagining I could set up a new status which was for wholesale customers only, then draft a new email for them, but cant see how this can be done.
Any thoughts very welcome.
