PayPal is updating its services to require TLS 1.2 for all HTTPS connections. At this time, PayPal will also require HTTP/1.1 for all connections. I've got a Webshop using: - Prestashop Version 1.3.7.0 - PayPal module v1.7.1 Server (VPS): - CENTOS 5.11 - WHM 56.0 (build 52) Let my start by saying that I haven't got a lot of technical knowledge. So I think that I need to hire someone who can make the necessary changes for me. But I like to know what needs to be done, some help would we appreciated. I think that these changes are necessary: - CENTOS 5.11 needs to be updated to the latest version - The PayPal module v1.7.1 needs to be updated, but is there a PayPal module for Prestashop Version 1.3.7.0 that supports TLS 1.2 ??? Or does Prestashop to be updates first to at least v1.4.0.1, so that the "PayPal & Braintree official Module" https://addons.prestashop.com/en/payment-card-wallet/1748-paypal-braintree-official.html can be used? I don't really like to update my Prestashop Version 1.3.7.0 because some customizations where made in the past. I guess the "PayPal & Braintree official Module" won't work in Prestashop Version 1.3.7.0 right? Thanks!

Hi guys, we got an email from our payment provider that we need to upgrade to TLS 1.2, without even specifying for what or where exactly. So after some research I believe I concluded that they meant that the server needed to be checked if TLS 1.2 is supported. Checked all my browsers, sure enough, they are all newest versions, so they all check out: (quick way to check you browser, mobile or desktop) https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html Since there is no dedicated TLS checker like there is for SSL, I had to use that one, and only couple of those checker even mention what TLS protocols are supported: https://cryptoreport.websecurity.symantec.com/checker/ Protocols enabled: TLS1.2 TLS1.1 TLS1.0 Is there anything else you would like to recommend checking? This relates to all payment modules, since if the payment platform starts to refuse TLS 1.0 and you don't support TLS 1.2, then you won't be able to get any payments...

L'erreur suivante est retournée : "Le système ne fonctionne pas pour le moment" ou bien "Le système semble ne pas fonctionner pour le moment" Tout fonctionnait encore à merveille hier. Je constate que je ne suis pas le seul à rencontrer ce problème. Est-ce que Prestashop pourrait nous donner la solution ? En attendant j'ai preferé désactiver le module Paypal. Merci à vous.

Buenas, Disponemos de un prestashop ver 1.4.3 con un modulo de paypal ver 3.8.1 y php 5.3.3 Leí un artículo donde paypal informa de un cambio en los protocolos a TLS 1.2 y HTTP/1.1 y una fecha límite 30/06/17. He intentando conectarme al sandbox (entorno de pruebas) y no funciona. Leí que el entorno de pruebas ya había sido actualizado al protocolo TLS 1.2 y HTTP/1.1 ¿Alguien sabe si la fecha límite la ha cambiado Paypal? ¿Y si es posible mantener la version del prestashop, actualizando el servidor a una version superior de PHP?
