Hola, tengo un problema / bug cuando creo una página nueva / intento editar una ya creada. En el espacio donde debería incluir las cosas para mostrar en la página del idioma español no aparece el recuadro con las opciones de edición. Adjunto capturas del error y la consola. He seguido las soluciones propuestas en los siguiente enlaces: https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/27173 https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/26855 En los cuales parece que cambiar dos archivos soluciona el error: - "[admin-folder]/themes/new-theme/public/cms_page_form.bundle.js" - "js/admin/tinymce.inc.js" Por lo que me descargué Prestashop 1.7.8.7 (versión en mi página) desde la página oficial: https://www.prestashop.com/es/versiones Y reemplacé los dos archivos de arriba con el CPanel, pero el problema persiste. Buscando la solución vi que había gente con problemas con el código ISO de los idiomas, pero en mi configuración todo parece normal. También he probado a borrar el caché y nada. ¿Alguien que haya tenido el mismo error o que sepa a qué se debe me podría ayudar? Soy un poco nuevo y no estoy seguro de sí estoy haciendo algo mal. Bonjour à tous, Un nouveau collègue a problème avec son back office quand il veut créer ou modifier une fiche produit, c'est le code source html qui s'affiche dans la zone de texte et l'éditeur ne fonctionne pas. Je suis le développeur et j'ai déjà testé plusieurs solutions trouvées sur des forums mais rien ne fonctionne. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il a cette erreur de fichier js introuvable, le chemin est bon et le fichier se trouve bien dans ce dossier. Je n'ai jamais eu cette erreur et mes collègues non plus. La version de Presta est la 1.6 Quelqu'un a t-il déjà eu cette erreur et sait d'où vient le problème ?

Witajcie Niby banalne a jednak mam problem. W adminie pod "Strony" i "Zawartość strony" jest edytor tinymce. Problem w tym że on jest zbyt mały na wysokość. Kombinowałem już w różnych plikach aby nadać mu większą wysokość. Powiedzmy 500px ale ciągle wychodzą mi krzaki. Może ktoś podpowie jak to zrobić. Oczywiście ten edytor generalnie tak powiększyć tylko chcę w tej zakładce. dzięki i pozdrawiam Sławek

Hello la communauté, L'éditeur de texte Prestashop par défaut n'est pas très riche. J'ai donc essayé d'activer plus de fonctions de Tiny Mce en suivant ce tuto. Cependant, aucune nouvelle fonctionnalité n’apparaît, même après avoir vidé le cache de la boutique et celui de mon navigateur. Avez-vous une idée du pourquoi ? Le fichier a modifier est-il toujours bien le suivant : /js/admin/tinymce.inc.js ? Ou peut-être que ça a été modifié avec les différentes mises à jour. J'ai regardé si il n y avait pas quelque chose dans le dossier /override ou bien même dans les dossiers de mon thème qui pourrait "gêner", mais non... Ma version de Prestashop : 1.7.6.4 Merci d'avance pour vos lumières :)

Can't find any other info on this but the character count for descriptions is not working in my install of prestashop 1.7.4. (See screenshot) It was mentioned in this thread but no solution was found. I am getting no errors on the page and debug mode is not showing anything out of the ordinary. Ive also tried changing the max character value to check that is pulls the correct value through and that worked fine, its just not showing the current character count at all. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks! Charlie

Hello guys, I dont know why but this is it, tinimce replace some text, for a wierd reason.. you may understand with the exemple. Main problem is while i use prestashop's option to modify email template. Original template code contain for exemple: href="{shop_url}" style="color: #337ff1;"> BUT TINYMCE WILL ADD AN URL WHEN IT THINKS IT SHOULD BE SO IT BECOMES : href="https:// www domain com / BODIRECTORY/ {shop_url}" style="color: #337ff1;"> Yes.. it adds an url with the BO directory.. so all links becomes wrong, and showing BO directory is ofc not the best practice... Hi everyone I am really stumped My site got hacked and some ransomware was installed that demanded x amount of USD to be paid to get my site back Anyways I decided to keep the DB but replace the files for a clean install of 1.6.1.23 and I did the usual manual copy of the img files, modules I use, pdf and mail templates and the config file. So the store is running perfectly and there is no hassles at all at this moment except for the loading of the TinyMCE in the product pages where all I see is the HTML of the short and long descriptions I have already checked in CMS and HomeSlider that TinyMCE works there and there is no problems with it loading. What I have done so far is copy the entire store again except for the config, mail, pdf, install, modules into the root and replace any altered or corrupt files I have also added Vekia's Extended tinyMCE editor code found below and that also did not resolve the issue https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/318425-tutorial-tinymce-rich-text-editor-extended-version/ The only module I can imagine would be causing this issue is Attribute Wizard Pro but I have already replaced all its overrides with the original files I have these errors in Google Chrome Console but I do not know how to diagnose Sres: tengo el siguiente problema, recientemente instalé Prestashop 1.7.4.3 y en mi servidor local el editor TinyMCE para descripciones funciona coirrestamente. En el hosting, a pesar que es la misma instalación no funciona el editor. Adjunto capturas de pantalla y a continuación el informe que me sale en consola. Ciao a tutti, Versione PS 1.7.4.2 ho bisogno di richiamare le icone ma non riesco a capire come fare, ho esteso il mio editor tinyMCE ma non sono riuscito ad aggiungere anche le icone, in ogni caso pensavo di poterle richiamare inserendo il codice <I class="material-icons">..</I> o <I class="fa fa-address-book"></I> ho provato anche <EM class="icon-truck" id="icon-truck"></EM> ma non ho avuto successo, ho cercato molto prima di scrivere ma non sono riuscito a trovare soluzioni che funzionassero, l'unica (l'ultima spiaggia) stavo cercando consigli su www.w3schools.com e ho provato a inserire per curiosità l'intero codice di esempio presente come questo e inserendolo una prima volta visualizza correttamente le direttive FOTO ma se do ok e dopo clicco nuovamente nel codice sorgente vedo questo e le icone spariscono. Ovviamente sto sbagliando qualcosa di banale ma purtroppo ci sto sbattendo la testa da qualche giorno, chiedo se qualcuno mi può consigliare quale codice richiama correttamente le icone in una pagina scritta in html o meglio ancora qualche suggerimento su come integrare anche le icone nel mio editor tinyMCE. En tout cas, je pensais pouvoir m'en souvenir en saisissant le code. <I class="material-icons">..</I> o <I class="fa fa-address-book"></I> <EM class="icon-truck" id="icon-truck"></EM> mais je n'ai pas réussi, je ne pouvais pas trouver de solutions qui fonctionnaient, la seule que je cherchais sur www.w3schools.com et j'ai essayé d'insérer tout le code d'exemple de curiosité c’est la première fois que Screen les directives SCREEN sont correctement affichées, mais si je lui donne l’accord et que je clique à nouveau dans le code source, je le vois et les icônes Screen disparaissent. Évidemment, je fais quelque chose de trivial, mais malheureusement, je me cogne la tête pendant quelques jours. Je demande si quelqu'un peut me recommander le code qui rappelle correctement les icônes d'une page écrite en HTML ou, mieux encore, quelques idées sur la manière d'intégrer les icônes. dans mon éditeur tinyMCE. Hello, I have a problem with the WYSIWYG text editor of my prestashop 1.6. Indeed this one is present and works correctly on Windows but when I test on a Mac Os, it replaces the WYSIWYG by my text framed by HTML tag. Le problème est que du coup, le responsive n'est plus correct puisque la taille des images ne diminue plus. Pour cela je dois a chaque fois supprimer de l'html ces deux codages. Sur des fiches CMS contenant beaucoup de photos et le site ayant beaucoup de CMS c'est une vrai galère. Je voudrais donc que que tiny MCE arrete de coder ceci : <img title="Peut être absorbée" src="/avert/avaler.png" alt="Peut être absorbée" width="90" height="87" /> et fasse : <img title="Peut être absorbée" src="/avert/avaler.png" alt="Peut être absorbée" /> sachant que ceci ne doit être valable que pour les images Y a t'il un moyen pour forcer TinyMCE de ne pas coder en dur la taille des images ?

Bonjour, Je suis sur la version 1.6.1.19 de prestashop. J'utilise le thème "furniture store" compatible avec la version 1.6.1 de prestashop que j'ai installée à la place d'un précédent (même famille de thème)). Ce thème propose un module de blog; J'ai eu du mal à installer ce module (bizarrement le menu blog apparait deux fois dans le backoffice, peut-être parce qu'un module de blog était déjà installé sur le thème précédent). Tout semble fonctionner, mais quand je publie un article, dans l'article, après publication, les balises html sont visibles. J'ai plusieurs fois réinitialisé, désinstallé et réinstallé le thème mais rien n'y fait. Mon hébergeur est OVH. Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ? Merci. Ci-joints captures d'écrans de mes problèmes.

Prestashop 1.6.1.18 tinyMCE editor removes some css inline properties from HTML source code in product description. No matter if it is short or long description, custom theme or default-bootstrap theme? For instance while saveing product description property "background-size: auto 100%; " is deleted from HTML source code. Could someone possibly tell me why?!! Is there validation process that deletes css property ? Buenas: Cuando se edita un enlace de la plantilla de correos, como el de "preparation", se insertan variables como "{history_url}" en lugar de rutas absolutas como "https://miweb/historial-compra". Sin embargo cuando edito un enlace como estos el editor me lo corrige por https://miweb/admin/{history_url} lo que al final da como resultado https://miweb/admin/https://miweb/historial-compra, lo lleva a un 404. He probado a editar el html en lugar del wysiwyg, he probado a editar la planilla desde el FTP, pero siempre me lo corrige y me concatena la dirección del backoffice. ¿Alguien sabe como como puedo solucionar esto?¿Alguien sabe como anular el corrector de htlm?

I tried to move my shop (1.7.2.4) to another domain (live domain), using the clone utility of installatron. So moved from www.testdomain/installation to www.livedomain.com The actual server is the same and the folders look like: /home/domains/testdomain/ /home/domains/livedomain/ Now almost everything is working, except the products page in th admin: - The tinymce editor doesn't show up. - Images are not showing that were saved earlier. - Can't drop/add images. The field of existing products show the HTML text only. When i test it by cloning to /home/domains/testdomain/secondInstall it's working fine. Hope it's clear... Any idea how to fix this?

Good evening, I want to know how can I add <thead> element to first row in native text editor in Prestashop 1.6. For now I have \js\tiny_mce\plugins\table\plugin.min.js but I cant find the fuctions which create a table in sorce code or maybe I am in wrong place ? Kind regards
