Bonsoir, Sur une 1.6.1.10 j'ai un soucis dans de nombreux fils de discussions (thread) dans le SAV. D'anciens messages s'affichent au début de nouvelles discussions mais ils correspondent ... à d'autres clients 🤨 Dans la table ps_customer_message ils ont la même ID_customer_thread....

Hallo ich bekomme bei PS 1.7.5.2 als Kunde bei einer Ticket-Antwort im Betreff Nachricht Nr. ct%thread_id angezeigt dahinter steht dann noch (ticket tcy........) Danke für eure Hilfe! -
Hi, How to hide in order detail the panel customer thread message? Because I want to make my own module to manage message. The only solution I have found it's to override all the view.tpl and delete the div panel containing customer_thread_message.. it's very ugly.. Thanks, -
