Hi i hope someone can help me with my issue. i am running the new version 1.7.3.2 and have the bunbury theme, my issue is: in the basket the terms and conditions box isn't ticking when clicking on it nothing happens, The ticking boxes also doesn't work when someone registers a new account there is the ticking options to subscribe to the news letter and it does nothing too. I am not a master at html so please be kind to explain the steps in details would be much appriciated. Regards

i am unable to see the payment option in the check out page. i am using a one page checkout process. the payment option is perfect in 5 step process but not in one page process. the payment option should be visible when we check the "terms and condition" box. kindly help me. my website is www.thelaptopcare.in

Is there anyway to include the text from the Terms and Condition CMS page into the Order Confirmation e-mail? Obviously I could copy&paste the content, but quite a hassle with many languages and occasional changes. A link to the terms page is not legal here. The actual content must appear in the mail. Preferred solution: Order Config mail grabs the text from the Terms page in the selected language and include in the email. Alternative attached as PDF Thanks in advance!

Hey there, I want to put a check box with Terms and Conditions at the end (or beggining) of my order form, so that when anyone want to place an order to be forced to check this box before continuing. There is any plugin for this or something else? Thnx in advance! -

I have the "terms and conditions" radio button check in the BO But when I use the instant checkout page and fill it our and choose "next" it returns the error below PROBLEM no "terms and conditions" button is on this page? how do I add it? There is 1 error If you agree to the terms in the Customer Data Privacy message, please click the check box below.« Back I also turned off the "terms and conditions" radio button check in the BO yet it still gives the same error above on the checkout page. jh -

Buenas, antes de nada agradecer a las personas que hace posible que este foro exista, llevo un par de días navegando por él y me ha solucionado muchas dudas con mi primera instalación y configuración de Prestashop. He intentado mirar alguna respuesta que me sirva pero no la he encontrado, de ahí que me anime a pedir ayuda. Mi problema está en el último paso de la compra, cuando pulso el enlace de Condiciones generales de venta, se me abre correctamente la ventana (tipo LightBox), pero me dice que la página no existe, con el error típico 404, con lo cual no carga las condiciones generales. Si coloco el cursor sobre el enlace aparece justo esto: content/-?content_only=1 Según llevo leyendo hace rato, el problema está en que eliminé de Preferencias -> CSM -> La página que debería cargar en esta ventana, eso más o menos lo he descubierto leyendo los problemas de otras personas. Ahora me gustaría crear una nueva página con mis Condiciones generales de venta dentro de CSM y asignarla a este enlace. Espero que alguien pueda ayudarme, quiero pensar que no es una cosa muy complicada de solucionar. Desde ya muchas gracias!! -
Bonjour, Au bas de la page de commande, à l'étape 3. Choisissez votre méthode de paiement il y a un rectangle qui affiche "Please accept Terms of Services" qui n'est donc pas traduit. Je n'arrive pas à trouver où aller modifier ce texte pour l'équivalent en Français. Je suis en version 1.4.8.2 finale Merci par avance pour vos lumières.

Hi, I'm using PS 1.4.4.0. I think there is a problem using alias in search. Entering "iopd" as an alias for "ipod" and searching "iopd" in front office, research works perfectly. But if I enter "iopd" and another search term, eg "iopd 32gb", the search returns no results. Entering "ipod 32gb" the search works properly. Thanks in advance Enrico
