Discount only for newsletter subscribers

Hi everybody, I've tried to search the forums with no luck, so forgive me if this has already been answered. What I'm trying to achieve is a setup where all subscribers to my newsletter, will receive a 10% discount. I know how to add 10% discount to certain customer groups - but that doesn't quite do the trick. I would really like it to be only for any and all newsletter subscribers. Is that possible to do? -

Hello, I want to restore the data of our newsletter subscribers! Dose anyone where the data of the subscribers is stored in the database so we can restore that table?

Hello ! I am using PS v1.4.9.0 on my website and have the newsletter block v1.4 & newsletter v2.0 installed. I can see the prefix_newsletter table in the database. However, whenever anyone registers for the newsletter, it does not populate the database. Hence, when I try to export the subscribers using csv export, I get the message : The .CSV file has been successfully exported. (0 customers found) Can someone please give me a solution to this strange problem? Thanking you in anticipation of quick replies. Resolved - SSL was the problem.
