Hi folks, Weird presta behaviour, or i am missing smtg ! I don’t understand why when the last status of an order is deleted in database (ps_order_history), it is still showing as the actual status in the order list ? Maybe, a screenshot will be more easy to understand. In my screenshot, i have deleted the yellow status on order 2226. It is still showing as the actual status in order list - it should be the previous status "controle qualité" as actual order status.. but no ! If you guys have any clue or idea why it happens, that'd be super lovely to share!! Cheers,

Hey there, Prestashop > 1.7 I've created a custom shipping that needed a custom status order; This shipping will be sent to che customer after we call him so in the order page we need this status order to be shown for example after to "waiting for bankwire payment" or "payed". Becouse this phone call it's something we have to do before shipping and it should appear automatically in order lsit if the customer choose this shipping method: Example of this shipping method: we call the customer when he wants his products 2 weeks later or when he'd like to receive it. thanks for your help or ideas; NicholasIT edit: long story short; maybe they should split about payment order status and shipping order status. or i don't get their idea?

Dear Para Master Prestashop Saya baru di dunia prestashop, dan saya menemui kendala. Saya ingin seting prestashop/ toko online saya dengan ilustrasi sebagai berikut : Misal seorang customer telah mengorder salah satu produk di toko online saya, otomatis stok barang yang ada di front office toko saya berkurang (misal tadinya 40 menjadi 39). Ternyata si calon customer tersebut tidak ada konfirmasi selanjutnya, baik sudah dibayar ataupun dibatalkan. Saya ingin, jika calon customer tersebut sudah order, maka jika selama 24 jam tidak ada konfirmasi, otomatis statusnya menjadi canceled (dibatalkan) dan stok produk pada front office menjadi 40 kembali. Mohon maaf bila aga berbelat belit, tapi saya sangat perlu bantuan dan panduan master2 yang ada disini. Terimakasih
