Hi folks, I found a strange behaviour for the statistics on our shop. The visitor counter counts visits on our page, but the statistics remains on the visited pages remains on zero / 0 counts. Sold products are counted (->appear in best product list), but even these have zero counts on their product page / category page. I had a look into the sql table: ps_page_viewed , which seems to get updated correcty after visiting a product page. In the backoffice I enabled modules "best product", "best categories" etc. Module "Data mining for statistics v1.5.0" is installed, and here - Save page views for each customer : no - Save global page views: yes - Plugins detection : no are selected (I combined all variations on this, without effect. Btw. , what is "plugins detection?"). Since the table ps_page_viewed is not empty I guess the page visit data are not transported correctly to the backend view (missing module, configuration wrong?) Has somebody an idea, how to get correct statistic / page view counter to the backend? Thank you dirk -
Zdravím, chtěl bych se informovat jak přidat další stát do adresy. Používám Prestashop 1.7.5.0. Když se zákazník přihlásí a chce přidat adresu, tak u položky stát je pouze Česká republik a potřeboval bych tam přidal další možnost a to Slovensko, prošel jsem administraci, ale bohužel se mi tato položka nepodařila najít. Co se týče doručení, tak Slovenskou republika mám přidanou, zde nebyl problém, ale do adresy vybrat jiný stát než Česká republika. Doufám, že by mi zde mohl někdo poradit. Děkuji

Buongiorno, sono alla ricerca di un modulo/metodo per gestire ed interpretare in modo agile e "attendibile" alcune statistiche come ad esempio: - Ultima Visita cliente - Ultimo ordine da cliente - Fatturato per cliente - Prodotti acquistati Ecc - ecc Ho provato ad interpretare i dati utilizzando il pannello statistiche che sembrerebbe offrire i dati di cui ho bisogno del tipo "migliori vendite" - "migliori clienti" ecc ecc il problema che non consente un interpretazione secondo piu fattori come ad esempio Tempo - Fatturato. Pertanto ne emerge una necessaria interpretazione "manuale" con altissimo rischio d'errore e soprattutto un sacco di tempo perso. Qualcuno ha consigli o esperienze in merito? Dans la documentation relative au stats (http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Statistics) il est écrit qu'on peu utiliser "Auto-clean period" mais je n'arrive pas à la trouver : you can use the "Auto-clean period" Qui a une idée sur ce "Auto-clean" ? Hi All, I have copied one of the existing Stats report module and created a new one. Modified the sql query inside the stat module. It is working fine. But it is taking too much resource and bringing the site down. When we asked the Prestashop support team, they said, it is because the query in the new stat module is not closing the database session after running the sql query. I am not sure how to resolve this and i am having doubt that why the same issue in not there in the existing modules. Can anyone please guide me on this ? It is happening in PROD and as of now we disabled the newly created modules. Thanks in Advance. Mani

On the Page, Stats > Stats > Catalog Statistics I can read the number of products never viewed, I would like to ask can I find out the list of products that have never viewed, which is similar case to bottom part for "PRODUCTS NEVER PURCHASED"? To display the list, I can see which products are never viewed and edit it. -
Bonjour, Je suis en 1.5.6 mais depuis la 1.5.4 mes statistiques de CA ne fonctionne plus : - Sur la home du BO, stat à zero - dans les stat, quand il doit y avoir du CA, le chiffre 0,00 € apparait. Je n'avais jamais eu de soucis avant la version 1.5.4 Merci, Laurent -

Ajout CA hors frais de port dans les stats

Bonjour, Dans le tableau de bord des stats je voudrais ajouter une colonne avec le CA hors frais de port. Quelqu'un pourrait il m'aider svp. D'autre part, toujours dans le tableau de bord, le système m'affiche 3 à 4 fois plus de visites, quand au nombre de visiteurs du tableau suivant (Conversion), c'est pareil. Je suis en multiboutique 1.5.2 et je constate que les visites du site par les différents navigateurs des 3 machines que nous utilisons en interne, sont comptabilisées dans les statistiques de Google Analytics. Ce n'est pas apparent dans les stats de Prestashop mais dans les stats du compte Google Analytics via www.google.com/analytics/web/ Je suppose que c'est une question de cookie mais je n'ai rien trouvé à ce sujet. Comment faire pour positionner un cookie permettant d'exclure un navigateur ? -

Bonjour A ce jour le module de statistique de recherche prestashop donne des infos sur les recherches ayant été effectuée au moins deux fois, je n'ai pas trop de recherche sur mon site donc j'aimerais afficher même celles qui y ont été faite qu'une fois. Merci d'avance
