da parecchio ho installato la versione 1.5.3 sul server siteground all'inizio di febbraio hanno fatto dei cambiamenti (penso una migrazione) e sono cominciati i problemi. uno dei problemi è che se si fa il login al negozio, e tentando successivamente di fare il logout . questo non risulta possibile. continuano a rimanere dei dati (non tutti) di chi ha fatto il login. ho provato anche ad installare una versione di prova (la mia è parecchio customizzata), e succeade esattamente la stessa cosa qualcuno ne sa qualcosa?

Hello everyone, We are currently facing a problem with the connection between our order handling module and our shop. When we try to make some test orders, the first 2 goes smooth through. But afterwards the orders gets stuck and the order handling module tells us it is not there. It tries to connect to https://bshop.dk/api/addresses/41 and fetch the order information, but fails. We have setup the order integration and the module is set up right with api keys etc. After updating our prestashop from 1.7.5 to the newest version. We get a message in the Webservice tab telling us to activate the Apache-module "mod_auth_basic". Furthermore the CGI for PHP is not activated. Could this be a problem with our server settings? We are using: Prestashop version 1.7.6.0 Siteground for hosting Shipmondo (order handling module) Thank you in advance! Best regards Oliver D. Kristensen

salve, ho un grosso problema con inode, utilizzo Siteground, ed e un continuo di contattare l'assistenza per la cancellazione degli inode, anche se non uso prestashop 1.7.5 loro mi dicono che il problema non e da parte loro ma di prestashop, qualcuno mi puo aiutare a risolvere questo problema? domenico

I've been trying to install PrestaShop on a Siteground hosting with no success. First, I was running into a redirect problem. I searched around and found some posts about an infinite loop problem requiring regeneration of .htaccess file, etc. Tried all of that without any success. Then I tried the Softaculous automatic installation, which also failed. After several back and forth with Siteground's support and no success, I'm left to ask here if this is a common occurance with PrestaShop on Siteground hosting? Has anyone experienced anything like this with Siteground? What is the solution to the redirect error with SSL or https? Any working walk-through available anyone care to share?
