Hey guys, I am having some issues with shipping at checkout. Problem occurs ONLY when MULTIPLE products are selected in shopping cart, and I get this message: THERE IS 1 ERROR There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected. http://prntscr.com/7cjlx4 When ONE product is in shopping cart everything is normal: http://prntscr.com/7cjmia Carriers and shipping cost is calculated with both US state (or Florida zip code) and weight of the product. Has anyone came accross the same problem?

Im having a small problem setting up shipping where I have 3 carrier options as follows: Free Shipping Paid Shipping by weight range Free Pickup My problem is that if someone selects an item which we have provided free shipping on as well as a heavy item which we charge shipping for, it only shows the free pickup option which is selected as a carrier for all products. I need it to calculate the shipping price for only the heavy items and not the item we have pre-selected as including free shipping. However it only shows carriers which are selected for all items within the basket. The only way I can figure out around this would be to set items that are free shipping to 0kg weight and the paid shipping carrier to 0.01KG and up. This way the free item is not calculated in the total when selecting all carriers for it. This way it will not exclude the carrier if multiple items are selected but will not show the paid options if the free shipping item is the only one selected as it will be below the starting threshold of the paid options. This way when a free shipping item is only selected it will not show any other carrier, but if multiple items are put in the cart which include a single free shipping item, its weight is not included in the total. This seams like a working solution, but is not as clean as I would like. Has anyone advice on a better solution or workaround for this problem? Cheers, Damien

I'm pulling almost my hair out. I'm on 1.5.4.1 I'm trying to configure the carriers, but they don't show up in the checkout page except one (which is installed as a module by the way) In the cart I always get "Free Shipping" even though i configured shipping rates, weight and price classes, i switched off "advanced stock management" , I tried everything Nothing works, Has anyone a clue?

Hi guys, I'm not sure where to put this, so put it here (mods - if this is in the wrong section please move it, thanks). I have received a lot of help from the great members of this forum so here is some help from me (hope it helps other beginners like me). I have noticed several members of this forum have had similar problems like me with the shipping module. When you sort your shipping carriers and price ranges do you see all of the shipping options on the cart summary page for each relevant zone? For example: £7.99 - UK Next Day Delivery £4.99 - UK Standard Delivery for shopping cart total £1.00-49.99. FREE - UK Standard Delivery for shopping cart total £50.00-500.00. FREE - Collect In-store. For a cart total of £50.00, you should ONLY see OPTIONS 1, 3 and 4. But if you see all 4 options then you have the same problem as I had. So this is what you have to do in SHIPPING > CARRIERS: Click on each carrier to edit it. ZONE: Ensure that you check each relevant zone you want that carrier applied to. BILLING: Ensure you check either "According to total price" or "According to total weight". OUT-OF-RANGE BEHAVIOR: Ensure you check "DISABLE CARRIER". Hope this helps anyone as I've been pulling out what's left of my hair today over this issue.
