ive got 3 product weights 20g ,50g and 100g Ive added the weights to product -> shipping -> weight as 0.02,0.05 or 0.100 (kg) and then using this https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/323462-how-to-show-product-weight/ display the weights in product information and its displaying as Product weight: 0.024 Kg Product weight: 0.054 Kg or Product weight: 0.104 Kg is it being 'helpful' by adding 4g to everything ? A rounding /calculation error ? something else ? FWIW the original values (0.02,0.05,0.1) are stored in ps_product.weight in the database and when i change the displayed weight by removign the formatting its whatis in the databse ie 0.1000000 im puzzled

Does anyone know what would cause the shipping fees in admin not to save. It was working fine when I tested it. I created a big table, filled in all the fees, hit save only for it to reload with all 0's. Puzzled and frustrated.

Hi I want to set free shipping for any purchase that would be above 300 euros.how do I configure the carrier?.Please help thanks

We are using FedEx and USPS as our carriers. Our shipping rates are currently based on weight. Is there a way to set the minimum shipping amount to $6.99? We want to use the amounts provided by the carriers for larger orders, but we don't want anything to ship for less than $6.99. Is there a way to do this? Thanks! Leigh

Hi Guys, We're going to use DHL Express for our store...and maybe later their Global service to if people think Express is to expensive. First problem I encounter is the actual setup of zones/countries to match those in DHLs....those is not even close to the default placements of countries in Zones that is in Prestashop. For example South Africa, Norway and Turkey is all Zone 8 in DHL rates list. So I have to manually create the 8 zones that DHL uses for Express then manually change each end every country to be in the right zone...this will take ages....is that the only way or am I missing something here!? Then, when and if we wanna offer Global mail to I have no clue on how to solve it as it uses different zones for the countries then Express... Please advice! Thanks in advance!

Hi, I have been trying to figure out what is the best way to accomplish this task. My client's shop: shop.lilangelpetboutique.com is going to sell custom pet portraits. So I set up one product with several attributes and values. So, since the sizes of the paintings range from 5" x 5" all the way to 30" x 30" I have a shipping issue. each size painting has a different shipping rate. How can I go about setting this up? I cannot just add it in as an increase in the overall price because we are also offering free local pick-up. I have been trying to figure this one for days now. I have searched on the forum but have not found a solution. Has anyone encountered this and has found a solution. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jo

.when i add an item to my cart..for some reason it seems to be adding $8 for shipping cost....ive looked everywhere to try & find where the cost is coming from. All my shipping rates are set to 0...there is no tax..so where is the $8 coming from. There is an option of adding a shipping handling charge..if i change this to $2..then the total amount shows as $10...but i just cant figure out where the $8 is been added from Thanks in advance
