Mohon bantuannya, saya nubie dan masih belajar utak atik prestashop. Terima kasih banyak buat forum ini, sudah banyak membantu buat ngoprek ngoprek website yang sedang saya bangun. Kemarin sudah mencari tutorial mengenai shipping dan menemukan untuk membuat shipping yang dapat dimasukkan ongkos kirim. Hanya saja ketika mencoba edit di kemudian hari, saya mengalami problem. Setiap kali edit, selalu mengalami page unresponsive (seperti yang saya lampirkan di SS bawah). Saya udah mencoba memakai browser lain. Akan tetapi hasilnya masih tetap sama aja. Saya juga sudah menghubungi pihak server hostingnya, server tidak mengalami masalah dan normal-normal saja. Mohon bantuannya sobat-sobat yang ada di forum ini, kira-kira saya harus bagaimana ? I am facing problem that i add another shipping feature base on price, the rule i set that if someone will buy over 750 Swedish kroner then flat price will show up but i wasn't successful then i removed that rule but i found that rule is removed from back-end but showing on front-end. Although i clear prestashop cache and my browser cache too but still it showing. Can anyone help me! website: www.indopak.se

I have a new problem with free shipping. I have checked the forums to find anything related but cant seem to find it. So I apologies if this is a repeat problem. When I change a product to a pack it defaults my cart shipping to free. I have tried to duplicate a product then change it to a pack and add just one more item. When I go to the front end and add to cart it says free shipping. If I don't change it into a pack i.e. just one item the shipping works fine. I have also tried to create the pack from scratch the minute I add anything to it. Free shipping comes up the minute I add it to a cart. I have gone through the carrier section and warehousing as best as I can but cant find anything that i would have to change. ANY help would be great.

Hi We have a shop that has been up and running for a while with no major issues (Version 1.2.5.0) We just added new products that require a different "International" shipping cost then the rest. For Example: T-Shirt cost $35 - Shipping $12.95 Poster Print $60 - Shipping $27.50 Here is what we did: 1) In Shipping we created "International" carrier 2) In Price Rages we created 3 different price ranges: $0-$39 / $39-$54 / $54-$61 3) In Billing we checked "According to total price" 4) In Fees we selected "International" carrier and added shipping cost for the 3 price ranges BUT when we go to the shop and add our T-shirt of $35 the International shipping comes up as $27.50 and NOT $12.95. And that goes to all products they are all being applied the highest cost (The Out-of-range behavior) The question is why. Since the price ranges are set up in a way that there is no out-of-range behavior Can some one please help. I am attaching screen shots of all these settings.
