Hi guys! Since i updated my website from 1.6 to 1.7 i had everything working nice except these 2 sections : 1) Location 2) Shipping methods i cant join these sections coz prestashop give me this error " Access Denied" I've already seen some other topics where ppl found a solution on updating the ps_access table with a fresh new one from clean install of prestashop 1.7.4... But when i do that it makes me work those sections but it start giving me several errors on other modules...so the point is: what should i change on ps_access table just for make those 2 sections works? Any help it would be really helpfull! Thanks in advance

Hi I'm running a webshop with three different delivery methods, but only one of them works. The other two is the exact same methods, but if I choose one of them and click on the payment button, nothing happens. If I choose the first one, it's running fine. Is it a known issue? I'm running PrestaShop v. 1.5.6.2

I set my my prestashop and added 1 product before making any further changes i attempted to check out and it worked properly. however from that time to adding all my products, installing modules, and configuring my store to my needs without touching shipping methods i again tested the checkout process and proceed to the choose shipping method and theres no options available.

Hi there, I have a problem with carriers not showing up in store. I have been using only one carrier for the past two years and all was good, but now I would like to add one more "Express next day delivery". I added new carrier at the back office and configured it according to weight and price. I even set up the fees and saved them, which was one of the solution found on this forum, but I still can't see the carrier in the front of the store. I would like the customer to make a choise between standard delivery and express one, but there is only one default carrier available. I hope someone can help me. EDIT: Somehow I managed to solve the problem myself. Patience is a key! Thanks anyway.

Hello all! I get this error on google checkout: “XYZ Company does not ship to this address via Google Checkout. You do not currently have any valid shipping methods” SEE ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS. SCENARIO: - The shop is set up in the US. - I need to ship internationally - The google-checkout merchant account has a US address - The google-checkout buyer account has a Venezuela and US address. ERROR BEHAVIOR: - When I try to checkout using the buyer account with the Venezuela address, the area where the “Ship to” is displayed shows the error on inside a yellow square. Also the “Shipping and Handling” Totals are not calculated or selectable. - If I add or switch to a US address using the same buyer account the error goes away and the US address is displayed in the “Ship to” area. Aldo the “Shipping and Handling” totals now displayed but it shows a carrier which is only enabled for Venezuela not the US. (It is as if the carriers assigned zone <South America> is interpreted by Google as a US zone, I don’t know what to make of it.) TESTS AND CHECKS: - I tested this also on a different site (not made with prestashop) using same buyer account and Venezuela and it works fine. There must be some restriction embedded in the Google checkout module that only lets US addresses checkout. - I’ve tested in real and sandbox mode - Venezuela is not a restricted country on shipping or currency - Eliminated Custom zones - I created a new carrier, Placed Venezuela back in its default zone, enabled carrier to deliver to all continental zones - Force compiled and cleared cache I’ve googled for more than 10 hours and found numerous postings for this error, with different resolutions. It goes back to 2006, and I’ve tried every resolution people have found, needless to say with no luck. BTW: While testing I also found this possible Bug, when you change the zone of a country from a custom zone back to the default zone it does not refresh the change in the FO and the shipping charges displayed are those that apply for the carrier custom zone. You have to delete the custom zone if you want it to change.
