Hello, I have a client buying from Portugal and when he gets to the last checkout page after selecting the Shipping Method, the page shows up blank (nothing to choose from) and it doesn't show the payment method page. It only shows the website menu and header. I have Prestashop 1.7.3. Before this, my client only saw a 500 Server Error when checking out. I have no idea how to fix this, any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Hi! I'm looking for the field in the prestashop database with the customer's comment of his order, that writes at "Shipping method" step. Screenshot: I need to retrieve that comment for an php application, but i can't find it in the database, where is that table/column? Thanks, Miguel

Hello everyone, We've got a specific question about the shipping methods. for example; we use the shippingmethod PostNL, and below a specific price it must be free, above it costs the dutch default price.. and above a specific cart price it must be hidden.. When we fill in above 35,- euro this shippingmethod must be hidden it still keeps showing even if the price is already exceed the 1000,- euro.. Anybody know of a module that would allow pre-pay and add as a shipping method? There's very little B2B options out there. For those not in the 'freight world' here's the web definition of pre-pay and add: "typically means that the shipper advances the freight charges to the carrier and then bills the beneficial owner of the freight for an amount approximating or equal to the actual freight charges." In other words, most of our customers simply say "just add the freight costs to our bill when you send our invoice." They already have an idea of what it's going to be. Trying to calculate weight based off product weights/dimensions is just not possible for us. I've got a module that will let people "pay by purchase order".... If I could just edit it so that it doesn't say "Free shipping" or "free" when I set the freight charges to zero in any carrier, that would work too. I just don't want it to say "free" anywhere. If it says nothing.....that would be totally fine. I'd go looking for that file to edit the script and simply remove the words "free shipping" and "free" and I'd be fine. I'm totally new to Prestashop. I've been through 4 other carts. So far, I've gotten way farther with this one than any other. I'd like to stick with it, because it looks the nicest. Edit: SOLVED There's lots of posts/tutorials and such about very related topics. I followed some of them in regards to changing text "Free Shipping!" and "Free" instead of trying to find a b2b module or something I could shoehorn into what I was looking for. I just eliminated it as a cost factor since we're going to create our own invoices outside of Prestashop. It took me a day and a half, though, to find out that I needed to edit the blockcart.tpl file in the THEMES/modules folder. Not the one the 'generic' modules folder. Additionally, I made some changes to the shopping-cart.tpl file as well to sort out the checkout pages.
