​Hi When I click on the "Modules and Services" tab in my back office menu, I get the following message: [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/web/htdocs/www.prematuriamo.it/home/modules/blockreassurance/blockreassurance.php: Interface 'PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Module\WidgetInterface' not found Does anybody have any idea about what I should do, please? Anyone know how to set up multistore correctly? I enabled multistore in PREFERENCEs->GENERAL and created 3 stores ADVANCE PARAMETERS->MULTISTORE Example: I set up shop1 as main www.myshopname.com shop2 as sub www.myshopname.com/shop2 shop3 as sub www.myshopname.com/shop3 I have everything set up but when I go to www.myshopname.com/shop2 or www.myshopname.com/shop3 ，these two sites do not display with any CSS or theme. Hello, I bought the Prestashop module "SEO (Search Engine Optimization)" and just started using it, but I'm confused about the results. In order to test I just filled the Meta title, Meta description, Meta keyword and Meta short description for one category, but nothing happens? Is this normal? The Meta title, Meta description, Meta keyword and Meta short description of the products under the category as well as the Meta title, Meta description, Meta keyword and Meta short description of the category are still empty??? Is this normal and I asked myself why I paid quite a lot of money for this module... OR I do not understand completely the use/value of this module? I have been searching and searching the internet and can't get an easy set up for shipping for Prestashop that will work. I don't know exact weight for products. I need to charge by box size for service and USPS priority is probably cheapest easiest bet, but would also allow FCM or parcel post or whatever I could set up to easily work. I have some oversized 20 x 20 or 24 x 24 items that I don't know what box or service to use to be the cheapest /standard price anywhere domestic. Anyway, I want to have the product size automatically select the USPS priority postage box that will fit and use that shipping amount. But, anytime I try to add any carriers for shipping it always says shipping is free. I need to get this completed right away. I am in immediate help.. if you know how to do this and can offer your assistance or a free module that's easy to set up.. the USPS module that is included with prestashop doesn't seem to update or work and all the tutorials tell you basic shipping set up steps that I have done, that still show free shipping. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! THank so much!!!

I installed the fedex module on my prestashop and got all kinds of shiping methods but the pricing is messed up. I don't know anything about setting up this shipping i dont know how much i should charge and how much ill be charged, i don;t know how to make it charge according to weight or anything. Please someone help or direct me to a video tutorial or guide to get this done 100% and functional.

Hello Friends, I finally am at a point to where I have to ask a question. This is great, as a web designer I had way more questions when setting up HikaShop or OpenCart ecom sites. The situation I have with this shop is that I need to set up a $4.00 USD handling fee for orders under $20.00. Also using all UPS shipping on this site most orders will have 12 to 20 dollar S&H I hope it encourages people looking for smaller, not comboed, items to buy things elsewhere. I've attempted to set this up a few different ways in the shipping and price range areas, but none of my rules seem to affect the price. I'm using the standard UPS Shipping Module by the way, if anyone has any suggestions on how to work magic with that I'd appreciate it. Thank you!

If this is not in the correct place to ask this question I apologize but I want to know how do I turn off the print option in the product? A lot of people in my business like to duplicate my information that I am spending a lot of time typing out and don't want them to just be able to copy and past. I do not want that print option in the product please can someone tell me how to get rid of it.

I signed up for my USPS API. I got an email from them saying I was in testing mode. It says: Your Web Tools User ID, shown above, is required to test and integrate USPS Web Tools APIs. With this ID, you may begin sending calls to the test server.
