Good morning, Let's see if someone can help with this... We are running Prestashop 1.7.6.1 and our images are hosted on an Amazon S3 server. We are using this module in order to upload them to the server https://addons.prestashop.com/es/rendimiento-sitio-web/27354-aws-cloudfront-s3-speed-up-your-website-seo.html Everything is OK when we create the product in a manual way or when we import it using APIs (via an integration with the supplier) We have a problem when we try to upload new products using the Import option using CSV that Prestashop has. (Advanced Settings --> Import) Products are created without any problem but without image. It is not uploading it to AWS S3. It is happening the same when we try to upload products using official modules from our suppliers such us: https://addons.prestashop.com/es/afiliacion-prestashop-modulos/49266-bdroppy-las-mejores-marcas-de-moda-en-dropshipping.html https://addons.prestashop.com/es/dropshipping/17286-life365-inkloud-dropshipping.html To sum up, when we import products using a CSV or a module, the image doesn't show. It happens that the prestashop doesn't communicate with the S3 server and doesn't upload it. My question is: - How can we solve this? -Where are other shops hosting their images and do they get to show them? Which one is the best alternative? Thank you!!!
