nleft and nright values for new categories are 0 . They are not getting updated. the new categories that i create are not visible in the front office in the screenshit you will be able to see the last 4 categories have 0 nleft and nright values .htaccess file has not been changes images for other categories not visible in top horizontal menu rest all categories work fine these new categories are set to be enabled obviously i want to regenerate the category tree---prestashop is not doing it automatically for me

Hi, I am using Prestashop 1.6.05 , website: www.ieromaneasca.com and I facing the following issues: All my pictures in my front office for categories and products pages are missing. In the back office the images work fine. I am unable to generate the .htaccess because I am unable to switch off and then to switch on the friendly URL button and also the accented URL button. Both buttons are ON now and I can not to turn these buttons off. Hello, The customers of our shops can't register themsleves. They have to send us a message, we create their profile on an ERP and it is sent to Prestashop. Thus they have to do the "forgotten password" procedure to have a password. In a few days, I am going to enter a load of customers so I would like to send them all the forgotten password e-mail. That way that they can click the regeneration link and have a password. Does someone know if there's an automatic way of doing that ? please I wouldn't like to enter every e-mail on the forgotten password page. Prestashop : 1.6.1.10 -
My large_default images are fuzzy but when expanded to thickbox they are clear. When trying to regen thumbnails i get a blank screen with the message [an error occurred while processing this directive] I have tried all thumbnails and just the Products=> large_default set with the same results. Any ideas? TIA

HI there! I have a multishop (2 shops), and the watermark module version 0.6 installed. Once I have uploaded a new watermark image using that module, I go to “Preferences” → “Images” → “Regenerate thumbnails” to regenerate the thumbnails for a specific shop. In “Multishop configuration for” I have selected the shop which I want to change the thumbnails. The problem is that “Regenerate thumbnails” is regenerating the thumbnails for the two shops. I only want it to regenerate the thumbnails for the selected shop. Any ideas to fix this? Thanks a lot!

My website earlier version is 1.5.5 and I tried to upgrade to 1.6.0.14, list of issues found is : 1) module tab css was missing , but fix by reupload admin folder file 2) Original image is missing or empty and this is the most difficult part and i try to fix the second issues with this : - legacy image set to yes -- > moving images -- > legacy images set to no --> regenerate thumbnail -- > image still missing - legacy image set to no -- > moving images -- > legacy images set to yes --> regenerate thumbnail -- > image still missing - legacy image set to no -- > moving images -- > regenerate thumbnail -- > image still missing - legacy image set to yes -- > moving images -- > regenerate thumbnail -- > image still missing - img folder and sub folder permision change to 777 ---> moving images -- > regenerate thumbnail -- > image still missing - img folder and sub folder permision change to 777 & file to 644 ---> moving images -- > regenerate thumbnail -- > image still missing - Turn off friendly url -- > regenerate thumbnail -- > image still missing - Turn off friendly url -- > Turn on friendly url -- > regenerate thumbnail -- > image still missing - Copy original .htaccess from default prestashop 1.6 -- > regenerate thumbnail -- > image still missing And the result was same, the Original image still missing or empty. Then i checked the img folder on cpanel for example : " Original image is missing or empty (/home/xxxx/public_html/img/p/1/0/9/2/6/10926.jpg) for product ID 3493" but the 10926.jpg was exist on that folder , and still confuse why prestashop cant read that original image. Anyone has a solution for that ? -

Instead of select all in one time I changed it by select > products> home_defualt> unclick erase previous images > regenerate thumbnails. The result is always error. Is there any other way to figure it out by adjusting any config, code not reimport? Another problem is create watermark that does not succeed.

I never clicked on the "SEO tab > generate urls" whilst I added 350 products to my store, and now every product has the same friendly url with a unique identifier in front , ie: frozen-foods/334-yogitea-lime-mint-organic.html They should have the name of the product and the only way to fix this is by manually regenerating 350 products. What is the batch/mass way of having every URL regenerated?

Hi Have upgraded to 1.6.0.5 and it is 99% working. My problem is with multiple images on products - the main image that appears are all fine however the smaller multiple images are only showing as white boxes - I have deleted the images out of one item saved it, refreshed, then re-added images but to no avail. The images are 'there' if you click on the white boxes. I have tried to regenerate the images but to no avail. I have attached a few images to show what I mean - the grey 'smudge' at the top of the white boxes is the text description of the image compresses to one line. Any advice or tips greatfully accepted. Thanks in advance

Hi All! I am running a web-shop with a default theme. After a while I decided to have a greater magnifier. Therefore went to BO at Preferences>Images and changed thick-box default from 600x600 to 1000x1500 to have it bigger and, obviously, regenerated thumbnails to fit the new measurements. The new products with new pictures that I added after this change appear as they should. However, older products that have been in the shop already doesn't show up in correct size... Could you please help? I can not regenerate the pictures

After an unsuccessful installation of a new theme I have gone back to the previous one. Now I can not regenerate the pictures due to the server of my provider has timed out after 30 sec and he can not raise it. It is primarily the pictures on the front page as it is wrong with. Hi I am making a brand new store on 1.5.6. I've first added the products and then i've exported the pictures URL's from the old store and used store manager upload to use the URL'S for picture updating The DB is about 12k products but only 6k pictures Some of the pictures are fine, but others just don't appear. I've tried to regenerate thumbnails and when i do it for products, i just get a totally blank webpage... nothing happens for hours. Is there any way to regenerate the Thumbnails, maybe telling it to do it slower or something? Edit: I went to the cpanel to check and when i do this the CPU loads to 100% then it just stops. I believe this is the problem, so if i could "ask it" to do this slower, it would solve the problem -
Hi! Does anyone know how to regenerate the product_mini images? I have changed a lot of my product images, and PS still displays the old images in BO. I have tried regenerating all images, but it crashes my server, and if I chose to regenerate only product images, I can't find the mini option. Anyone got an idea on how to regenerate them? Thanks! Dan EDIT: Sorry, found it myself, just delete the entire content of the TMP folder, it will regenerate automatically. Silly me. -
We had an unrelated problem with product not appearing yesterday we thought it might be a problem with images so tried the regenerate images button It turned out that the first problem was nothing to do with images but now none of the images are appearing the is the site in question www.mains-cables-r-us.co.uk can anyone give me any clues as to what to might have happened?
