Hi! I need help to make sure that my products ratings will be displayed on Google (with the stars in google search results). I have errors in my code and I need help to modify the product page code. I know how to change the page code but I need to know what modifications to make. Buenas noches, Recientemente estoy comenzando mi andadura en el mundo de prestashop y la verdad que me está sorprendiendo gratamente, por la potencia del CMS y por su simplicidad. Estoy montando una tienda, la tengo en local, y bueno, más o menos la tengo a mi gusto y las módulos y traducciones las voy lidiando. Pero me he encontrado con un problema que tras varias horas de lucha no he sido capaz de superar. He deshabilitado los comentarios, ya que a priori no quiero que se comente producto a producto, pero no soy capaz de quitar las estrellas que valoran al comentario. He deshabilitado el comentario y siguen saliendo. En Criterios de comentarios, he puesto que solo para unas categorías, y al entrar en las que no debe salir siguen saliendo las estrellas. He probado a eliminar los Criterios de comentarios, pero siguen saliendo las estrellas. He probado a hacerlo por código, pero no tengo muy claro como comentar las fuentes tpl, incluso no tengo claro que en el fuente que he tocado sea el correcto. ¿Alguna sugerencia?

Dear Prestashop communicty, a couple of months ago we set up our new Hermeswein webshop. We're now looking for a good module to push user feedbacks/ product ratings in our shop. From what I can see the standard Prestashop rating function does not offer the function we're looking for. What I have in mind is a rating / review module that... reminds the buyer, say, three weeks after the purchase, via eMail and an direct link to the rating form to rate the purchased products. When the buyer clicks that link he sees all products which he has bought and can directly rate the products in that list (similar to the eBay rating function) Is there a module available that supports such a function? Hi could anyone help with changing the display position of the 'star rating on the category view when a product has comments from img A to img B (please see images). The way it displays now is above the price and add to cart buttons which on smaller displays like a tablet screws up the page display (aesthetically speaking) if other products in the same line don't have reviews. I would like the ratings to be below the add to cart buttons so they still appear in a straight line. I think the attached images explain it a little better. Any help would be excellent. Thank you. I'm cleaning up the module Product Comments and so far I arranged all things into desired position. Yet, since from the beginning, I can't figure out how to arrange correctly the display of the rating stars on the new comment section. Hola a todos! tengo instalado un buen módulo que sirve para poner valoraciones a cada producto, se llama Product Ratings Suite v1.6 Resulta que tengo activada la opción de datos Google Rich snippets. Puse unas valoraciones de prueba y a los dos días google indexó las valoraciones correctamente y me mostraba las estrellas en cada producto (ratings) en la página de busqueda de google. De repente al cabo de los días me dí cuenta que google dejó de mostrar en la página de busqueda mis datos de las votaciones que antes me las había mostrado. Ya no aparecían las estrellas en cada resultado de busqueda de los productos, con lo que habían desaparecido. No sé si se debe a que google me ha penalizado por ser la misma Ip la que ha realizado algunas votaciones y por eso ha eliminado estos datos de rich snippets de los resultados de busqueda. He vuelto a borrar las tablas que se crean en la base de datos y reseteado las votaciones, también he probado mandando a enviar de nuevo mis url para que google me las revise desde la página de webmastertools de google. NO HE PODIDO SOLUCIONAR EL PROBLEMA. Ni rastro de mis votaciones en las páginas de busqueda. En la página de "Datos estructurados" de Herramientas para webmaster, pongo la URL del producto que tiene una votación: http://www.liestores...nos-libres.html y me aparece en vista previa que Sí lleva los datos de google rich snippets, pero la realidad es que en el buscador no aparecen las estrellas. ¿Alguien sabe que puede estar ocurriendo? ¿Solución? Hi all, I have installed the Product Comments module in my store, and I want the module to show each single criterion with its respective rating in each comment, but it shows the average rating of all criterions instead of that. Can someone help me doing that? I would be tremendously thankful if someone can. Also, if it was possible, but this is less important: it would be possible to ask the customer for more than one text input in his/her comment? For example, a text input for Pros, a text input for Cons and a text input for Others. It would be nice. Thanks.

I'm new to Prestshop (but not new to ecommerce) and I'm trying to choose a theme/template suitable for both desktop and mobile viewing. It's great to find so many themes/templates around, but it's quite overwhelming and i'm having major trouble trying to compare them, or work out which are truly of high quality, well coded and well supported. Are there some reviews somewhere perhaps, or independent ratings? It would be great if someone could point me in the right direction of where to start? Thanks a lot!
