La console PrestaShop (ho una versione ancora vecchia PrestaShop 1.6.0.14 ) non mi consente di fare più alcuna modifica/aggiornamento. Se provo a inserire un prodotto, aggiornare il numero di pezzi, cancellare un ordine, eliminare un utente, modificare QUALUNQUE cosa, la risposta del sistema è sempre "Si è verificato un errore durante... (la cancellazione/modifica/ecc....)". Non posso più praticamente fare nulla! Segnalo che ieri sera ho creato un ordine ad hoc per un cliente (che era già registrato) che aveva il carrello vuoto e ho messo come status ordine "richiedi pagamento paypal" (mettendo spedizione gratuita) con annessa richiesta di invio email di notifica al cliente. Oggi ho notato che l'ordine è considerato "non valido" e visto che da quel momento non ha più funzionato nulla ritengo che il problema odierno possa essere stato causato da quell'ordine non andato a buon fine... purtroppo oggi non riesco a cancellare ne ordine, ne utente, ne null'altro per provare a rimediare. Cosa posso fare? Grazie a chi mi aiuterà

Hola! En el front de mi Prestashop 1.6.0.14 aparece el siguiente error incompleto. He reinstalado el módulo oficial (PayPal v3.11.6), insertado las credenciales nuevamente, borrado la caché,.... y el error sigue siendo el mismo. Alguna ayuda? Gracias! Buenas: Estoy intentando activar el comparador de productos y no hay manera, desde el administrador pongo 3 en "Product comparison" y no se activa ni en el theme por defecto y otro que tenemos instalado, lo que si he visto que carga el archivo products-comparison.js, pero ni botón ni nada. ¿Sabéis si hay algún error en esta versión o hay que poner a mano la comparación de productos? Muchas gracias. -
Right now, I receive a mail whenever a product has 3 items left in stock as an "Out of Stock" reminder that I have to order more items. However, I have a small webshop and often buy small quantities of certain products. Therefore, I get a lot of these reminders. Where can I change the limit from 3 to 1 products before an "Out of Stock" mail should be sent? (I do not have the module "mail alerts" installed, is it a setting in here?) -
Dear All, As in the default, attributes (like size, color, etc..) are ordered one below the other. But I need Color to be displayed first and then the other attribute combinations. Is it possible to achieve this? If so what exactly do I need to edit in product.tpl file? Any help regarding this would be great and appreciated. I am using PS 1.6.0.14. I have been trying to show "More Sizes Available" on product-list, if a product has combinations. Tries following in product-list.tpl {if (!isset($product.combinations) && $product.combinations > 0)} Tried many other similar conditions but no luck, I could not accomplish the desired. Could someone please hint me what would be the correct condition. -
I am searching for products through the search box and some of them are missing. I have 23436 products. I built my entire search index and now it is showing 23436/23436 products indexed as can be seen in the attached image. But lot of them do not appear in search. For example if you go to my website toorakcomputerservices.com.au . Search for product name CISCO 2.4 GHZ 5.2 DBI CEILING OMNI ANT. W/RP It searches correctly. But if i enter another product CE271A 650A CYAN TONER CARTRIDGE It says product not found. Does anyone know how i can fix this. Also there is another thing i observed. If you go to Computers-> Notebooks/Tablets Accessories-> Notebooks Cases , on the right hand side in Navigation panel, If you look at the manufacturers. Targus shows 67 products. But when i select Targus it shows 60 products only. Any help will be appreciated.

I don't know this is a bag or a do something wrong.... prestashop 1.6.0.14 I'm trying to config quick-order page: 1. I want to NOT display the newsletter registration tick box and opt-in, so I go to the Preferences/Customers and put to NO for both of them. Opt- in disappear but newsletter registration is stil there. 2. I want to edit address form so that First name and last name to not appear - in prestashop 1.5 I removed them from Localization/Countries/edit and It 's workbut in PS 1.6.0.14 do not work-after I removed them from the list they appear in the end of lins of quick-order, after country just before add. information. The some is for home phone - I removed it but the field is still there. This WORK for Company and ADDRES 2 - when I remove them they disappear Am I doing something wrong or ?

On address page I am getting following: Two errors: This country requires you to chose a State. The Zip/Postal code you've entered is invalid. It must follow this format: 000 000 But there is no option to select either State or enter Pin. I have freshly installed PS 1.6.0.14

I have never used Webservice before. But i wanted to learn how to use it to Create/Update/Delete/Retrieve Products in my shop. I set up Webservice in BO->Preferences->webservice I generated the key and everything. I have giving all the rights. I went through the CRUD example that was given on prestashop documentation. The example given is of customer data. I tried it and it worked perfectly fine for customer data in my site. But i do not need to change any customer data. According to my requirements, I am supposed to set up Products database to be updated by product data from another site using webservice API automatically. I simply cannot understand how to do that. As the example given in documentation shows that i have to do it all manually. Does anyone have any article or book that can guide me to achieving this. Or can anyone just tell me steps to make this work?

Bonjour, Je suis en test sur mon site de vente en ligne (démarrage dans quelques mois). Je suis en hébergement perso sur OVH pour mes tests et j'ai un souci avec le panier. J'utilise les articles de test et je n'arrive pas à supprimer ou ajouter d'articles dans mon panier (qui contient 2 produits). Cela se produit dans le panier Ajax sur la page d'accueil ou sur le processus de commande (réglé en One Page Checkout). L'erreur que j'ai est : Sur le panier Ajax : "ERROR : unable to delete the product" Sur le récapitulatif commande : "TECHNICAL ERROR : unable to save update quantity Détails: Error thrown: [objetc Objetc] Text status: parse error". Quelqu'un pourrait-il me donner des pistes de réflexion ou une solution. Par avance, merci. Gihel -

Hello ! I've upgrade my prestashop from 1.4.9 to 1.6.0.14, everything goes well but i have a problem with the supplier reference, in prestashop 1.4 there was a input to store the reference, but in prestashop 1.6 we should creat a supplier and fill it for each declination. I want to know if there is a way to fill theme from my backup of prestashop 1.4.9 so i'll have all my references of supplier as it was before
