Hi Guys I have been trying without success for 1 hour to get embedded videos to work in my Store. Have also Googled it and searched in your forum but have so far not stumbled on a similar problem with a solution for the 1.7 Prestashop version What I have tried I've used the backend Embedded video and tried code I've changed the tinymce to an extended version I've clean the cache in the browser I've clean the Prestashop store cashe I've tried to use both Firefox and Chrome I've tried different types of embedded youtube codes. +++ EDIT September 2019 ++++ Don't apply the "fix" described below in PHP, since it just fixes some symptoms (not all) and is not a solution to the source of the problem. You probably have a javascript error somewhere, preventing correct execution of another script. Most probably this error is due to an incompatibility of a module/plugin. +++ END EDIT +++ On our installation of PS 1.7.4.4 we got reports of some customers, that they could not add products to the cart. A click on the button "Add to cart" took the customer to the view of the cart contents which said "no items in cart" or something like this. The modal dialog "product added to cart" we ourselves usually see at this point with the option to continue shopping or go to checkout was not appearing. The customer was using Windows 10 with the "lastest version of Firefox" but we could only duplicate this faulty behaviour with Internet Explorer on Windows 10. The option to "disable ajax" in the shopping cart module settings did not solve this problem. Finally we discovered that in controllers/front/CartController.php around line 231 this condition was failing: if (Tools::getIsset('add') || Tools::getIsset('update')) { $this->processChangeProductInCart(); } On the faulty system the POST values did not contain the variables add=1 action=update which were being POSTed on a setup where adding to cart was working for us as expected. Salut , j'ai ajouté des fichiers pdf aux différents produits , lorsque je coche un attachement et faire enregistrer au produit concerné => il indique enregistrement avec succès mais l'attachement ne sera pris en compte . qui a rencontré ce prob Merci

Dear I'm having big problems our prestashop configuration since a few weeks and have been searching high and low to fix this huge problem. I've looked on many forums and topics of people with simular problems but have yet to find a solution for my problem, hence this is why i create this topic. The problems have appeared recently and i have no idea what causes them. MAIN PROBLEM: The general problem is that i can't save changes on +- 800 products in our webshop. When clicking on save after changin price or description or even nothing or ... i get a red message in the top corner that says "unable to apply changes" (as you can see in screenshot 1). In screenshot 2 you can see the AJAX request error from the prestashop debugger. In screenshot 3 you can see the errors from the google chrome console. PROBLEM PRODUCTS WITH VIDEO: Some of these products (only 20 or so) have a embedded video in the description that is uploaded and hosted on our server (so not a youtube video). When i try to change price or description etc i get the same red message in the top right corner that says "unable to apply changes". BUT, when i delete the video link from the descriptions i can save the the product and make changes to it. The only thing i can't do any more is add a video link back to the description. (Which i was able to in the past, and worked just fine) EXTRA INFORMATION: We can still add new products and save them correctly. The only thing that isn't saved correctly is the meta title / the meta description and the friendly url. But i can change price, descriptions, images, categorie etc and save those without a problem. CONCLUSION: I wonder if this is some sort of text formatting issue / html issue / ... ? Because i've also had problems when trying to save categorie pages with bold text / underlined text in them (i had to remove this formatting in able to save the text/ page in question) Prestashop version: 1.7.4.4 I would grately appreciate if someone can finally help me solve this problem. 424/5000 Hi everyone, I have a very serious problem on prestashop 1.7.4.4. The customer registered when he tries to place the order, at the second step ADDRESS when he clicks continue, the page is reloaded without continuing. I have already enabled debug mode but nothing happens. I tried looking in the hosting logs but the last one dates back to midnight today and I don't see any errors. Do you have advice? at least to debug it

Bonjour à la communauté, voilà j'ai un problème, je viens de modifier le fichier form.js afin de pouvoir avoir accès au Produit avec déclinaisons dans Pack de produit ( Back-office ), et la lorsque je dois créer un pack de plusieurs produits, il faudrait que l'on me propose le produit simple sans ses déclinaisons!!! Etant donné que les produits sont déjà enregistrés dans la table psdb_product avec leurs déclinaisons, je me demande si cela est possible sans avoir à enregistrer dans la table psdb_product les produits simples sans déclinaisons? Merci d'avance...

Bonjour à tous, je suis sous prestashop 1.7.4.4 et je souhaiterai modifier le module appagebuilder en créant une surcharge dans le dossier override\modules\appagebuilder\views\templates\front\details\product_action_form.tpl de manière à rajouter des déclinaisons de produits par listes déroulantes en modifiant le fichier product_action_form.tpl. Hors, ma surcharge n'est pas prise en compte. Comment effectuer une telle tâche? Merci d'avance.

Cześć, Posiadam produkty z kombinacjami i funkcjami. Prawie wszystkie mają zerowy stan magazynowy, bo wykonywane są na zamówienie. Gdy niczego nie filtruję, albo filtruję po funkcji, produkt mi się normalnie wyświetla na liście, ale gdy przefiltruję po kombinacji koloru, której nie mam na stanie, nie wyświetla niczego, mimo że filtr wcześniej pokazywał kilkadziesiąt produktów w tym wariancie. Problem jest o tyle dziwny, że w internetach wszyscy mają zupełnie odwrotny problem, czyli chcą ukryć kombinacje, których nie ma na stanie. Ja chcę je pokazać klientom, aby mogli złożyć zamówienie. Mam PS 1.7.4.4 ze standardowym szablonem. Z góry dzięki, Paweł.

Hola, i have a problem to installe the gtm to the new version 1.7.4.4 of prestashop. in previous versions I used {literal} in head.tpl (and not header.tpl) one part and the other in layout-both-columns.tpl. in the latest version this method does not work, any suggestions? Regards

Hi guys! Since i updated my website from 1.6 to 1.7 i had everything working nice except these 2 sections : 1) Location 2) Shipping methods i cant join these sections coz prestashop give me this error " Access Denied" I've already seen some other topics where ppl found a solution on updating the ps_access table with a fresh new one from clean install of prestashop 1.7.4... But when i do that it makes me work those sections but it start giving me several errors on other modules...so the point is: what should i change on ps_access table just for make those 2 sections works? Any help it would be really helpfull! Thanks in advance
