Salve a tutti, ho un problema con gli ordini effettuati su ebay. Quando un acquirente effettua l'ordine su ebay mi arriva una mail di notifica con prezzi sbagliati, ossia, io ho impostato che quando carico un prodotto, lo stesso viene maggiorato del 5% e inserito su ebay. Quando mi arriva la notifica invece il prezzo è quello dell'ecommerce ossia più basso del 5% e senza costi di spedizione. Potrei anche pensare di non farmi arrivare nulla quando vende ebay. Qualcuno di voi ha lo stesso problema? Ciao

Bonjour, Je fais appel a tout utilisateur francophone, Je cherche quelqu'un qui pourrait me former ou m'aider sur le module 'Prestabay'. En effet, malgré les réponses très rapide du support d'involic , j'ai beaucoup de mal m'en sortir (manuel en anglais) et aurai besoin donc d'une formation car je dois rapidement exporter me articles de prestashop à ebay et je ne voudrais pas commettre d'erreur. Bonjour a tous. Je recherche activement une alternative fiable au module natif ebay qui est trop loin d etre abouti pour avoir une quelconque fonction de production en l'état. J ai vu pas mal d infos sur un module " PRESTABAY". C est un module en anglais, mais il parait etre simple d utilisation et complet. Qu en est il au dela des arguments purement publicitaires ? Quelqu un connait il ce module, l a t il experimenté? et si oui, quels sont ses avantages et defauts. Ce module est vendu environ 190 dollars..... merci a tous . cordialement Olivier

Ciao a tutti, ho appena installato il modulo prestabay. Diciamo che funziona tutto tranne che quando inserisco un articolo in una determinata categoria purtroppo non riesco a pubblicarlo su ebay nella stessa categoria. Ossia mi pubblica tutti gli annunci di prestashop sulla categoria altri. Ho provato a configurare, sull'account del venditore, la categoria principale (padre) ma purtroppo prestashop non mi permette di selezionare la categoria padre che contiene tutte le categorie di figlie. Esempio Marchi---> fiat, audi ecc... Cosi come ebay non permette di assegnare un prodotto ad una categoria padre....sono nettamente in affanno!!! Ho provato a contattare il supporto tecnico di prestabay e mi dicono di controllare ebay ma non capisco cosa. Qualcuno di voi conosce la soluzione.
