Hello i have a serious problem with my e shop and i cant take anymore orders because when u add a product in the cart sometimes shows zero price and total a bigger amount or sometimes add correct the price but again the total amount is bigger.Please if anyone could help me and get me out of this predicament I would greatly appreciate it

Prestashop version 1.7.6.5 - also appeared in 1.7.3 I have scoured the forums and google looking at related posts with no solution. Description. When visiting a product page and adding the product to the cart the popup appears but no product is added. I have cleared cache, wiped cookies from browser, ran in incognito. Truncated the connections tables in database. Wiped the theme (using default classic) and re installed the theme with default files using ftp. Checked all browsers. Problem occurs in every one. Ran debug mode to check for errors - none showing So what could have triggered the issue? New modules installed (possible but these have all been disabled) Database problem with carts and orders (likely) I do have another module (fastbay) which is returning unknow error on importing orders. I think the 2 problems are linked I am happy to pay for someone to fix this problem.

Lorsque mes clients choisissent de payer via le mode de règlement "Checkout" (qui utilise des données préenregistrées dans le wallet), le montant du panier est arrondi à l'inférieur dans l'application de paiement Stripe. Exemple concret : Si un client a un panier d'un montant de 10,37 €, Stripe ne débite que 10,00 €. Il semble que lors de la connexion du wallet, PrestaShop transmet à Stripe un montant arrondi à l'inférieur, et cette différence (0,37 € dans cet exemple) n'est jamais réintégrée. Voici quelques éléments importants à prendre en compte : Le problème n’apparaît que lors de l'utilisation du mode "Checkout" de Stripe. J'ai vérifié la configuration de la devise, qui est correcte. J'ai mis à jour le module Stripe à la dernière version disponible. Hello, most probably I'm the culprit, but I've seen a lot of threads with people struggling to make it work. I come from Cs-Cart and I'm trying to switch to Prestashop. So, I've abilitated the the multistore, set a second store on a physical directory /us/ , but it's not working. With the physical directory I shouldn't need the rewrite rule, correct? The first time I set it up I was able to show only the website, but the HTML was very confused because the CSS weren't loading. Then I added the folder /us/ (for US store) and now the shops says "403 , Forbidden, Access to this resource on the server is denied!" . The directory is anyway empty. Can you please help me clarify a bit things here?

Je suis à la recherche de retours sur cette agence, leurs modules et le sav qu'ils proposent. Je suis intéressé par 2 de leurs modules + véhiculier (filtre), je les aient donc contactés il y a plusieurs semaines (non sans mal) par téléphone puis après un premier échange de mail malheureusement plus de nouvelles.J'ai pourtant répondu par un accord positif pour l'achat de 2 modules ( 2800 euros quand même) mais depuis je n'ai plus aucunes de leurs nouvelles. When its activated i cant open cart (500error) and cant make order (500error) When disabling wirepayment, every thing works, but people can make order because there is no payment method! Hi, Do you have nay idea how to create different registration form for each multistore shop? What happend... ? I have a Prestashop with multistore feature active. Both shops are different and I need custom registration for each of them. Each registration page will contain different form fields, so simple HTML/CSS would not work here, as the POST data need to be stored somewhere... I tried to override /classes/form/CustomerFormatter.php but it change registration content in all shops. I also try to create custom module which override above file but only for specific multistore ID and it do not help. Same results as above.

Bonjour, Je suis sous Prestashop 1.7.6.3, J'ai fait mettre en place par mon hébergeur un sous domaine "media.bureauland.fr" pour mon site "bureauland.fr" (le pointage a été fait côté hébergeur) Cependant, lorsque je vais dans le BO et renseigne le 1er serveur de média, après avoir vidé les caches certaines images n'apparaissent plus dont le logo de la boutique et les images produits Si je vérifie par FTP dans mon dossier correspondant a "media.bureauland.fr" je n'ai rien (sauf un dossier que j'ai créé à la main) Y a-t-il un tutoriel quelque part, car sur les sites je lis tout et son contraire : "il faut copier le contenu img, module et thème" "non, il ne faut rien copier tout est automatique" ... Hello. I've been searching for a couple of hours, even tried asking ChatGPT but no help. When user buys something from the store all contact fields are showing but every time Notes field is empty it's showing a word "NO" Only on the admin panel, when you press: Edit current adress of the user that recently bought something and don't write anything in the Notes field and press Save, the word "NO" dissapears. Does anyone know how to get rid of it and no it's not showing in the database.
