Hello, I'm making a PrestaShop eCommerce for a client who sells sunglasses. My problem is that some of those glasses are graduated glasses and I need tu activate an obligatory personalization (something like "upload your eye medical prescription") when the customer selects the "with graduated glasses" combination. Right now I can only add a "requested personalization" field to a product for all combinations, so I had to create every product twice: one with graduated glasses and requested personalization field, and another one with regular glasses without it. Can you suggest (or make) a module to achieve that? Thank you. btw the website is codesunglasses.it

Hi there, I manage a clothing shop - www.belee.it We have standard items and now we want to sell tailored clothes If I go to catalog->products->personalization i add the custom fields and everything works fine (see image) The problem is with other, standard products, because the customization box appears and I'd like to know if there is a way to hide it. It doesn't look good. There is a way to show the customization box ONLY if there are fields to fill? Many thanks in advance.

Hi to all, I can't find a module that allow me to personalize a product with pre-defined parameters. My site is under construction until we will have inserted all products. In our case, we sell tennis rackets and we would like to allow the user to: 1) Associate a string set with a button that opens a pop up with the string category (a category already populated under products) to choose the one he likes. When the string is chosen, he clicks a button that closes the pop up and the string is selected in the main window. Something very different from the accessories for which you have to associate every string from back office for every racket. 2) Choose the parameters for the string patterns from two bars of numbers with a selector (from 19 to 31 Kg. with half measures like 19.5, 20.5 and so on). Two bars for horizontal and vertical tensions. See the attachment for an example. 3) Eventually the user can trust our company to choose the better string patterns, with a button, a check box or radio button. Once he selects this option, the bars of numbers of point 2) are disabled. Is there a module, free or not, or a way in Prestashop 1.6.0.9 to do something like I have described before? Una vez más... prestashop me va a volver loca... así que si me podéis ayudar quizás salvéis a una muchacha que le entran ganas de tirarse por la ventana Voy por partes Versión de Prestashop: 1.5.4 Plantilla: Cleve, tampoco funciona en la predeterminada Problema detectado: Al subir imagenes en la pestaña de personalización de producto, el jpg se ve el % por ciento de subida y se completa, gif y png, ni eso, al cabo de 30 sg... ZAS! ERROR Fatal error : Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /usr/home/quilez.net/web/shop/classes/ImageManager.php on line 407 El caso es que intenté instalar el corrección de Scorpion para subir zip y pdf y tampoco dejaba, y tb compré un modulo de customización de imagenes.... He reemplazado todos estos archivos por los de prestashop base y nada (no me echéis la bronca pero no se me ocurre nada más) Si algún alma caritativa supiera arreglarlo.... o en el caso de que no que me dijera que archivos son los que pueden estar mal para restaurarlos..... podríais evitar una muerte Podéis comprobarlo por vosotros mismos aqui Un saludo y gracias Pd: he mirado todos los los post que he encontrado tanto e español como inglés...

Hello, I am totally new to Prestashop and looking for a shopping cart which offers one specific feature that is of high importance. I hope that Prestashop supports it. To be precise, I want to set up a shop where customized products are sold. The customer shall be able to upload his own image, to be printed upon the product. Like the chest print of a shirt. So far, so good. This should be captured by Prestashops product personalization (http://www.hostknox.com/tutorials/prestashop/products/customization-and-attachments). But now, the customer shall see a preview of the customized product. Just like the image of a white T-Shirt, where the uploaded image is put in front on the chest; well scaled to give him a notion of how his shipped product will look like. Does Prestashop support this? Please be so kind and help me answering my question. Many thanks in advance, Sascha.

Hi there! Suppose I have 200 different electronics on my shop. I need to offer them in two different voltages: 110V or 220V. Do I need to manually create two combinations using the same attributes (110V/220V) to every single product? Is there any way to automatically generate these combinations for, say, a whole category (think Electronics, for example)? The same problem applies to customization fields, which I need to repeat an equivalent proccess. Thanks, João
