Hi I have the latest version of Prestashop and the official PayPal module installed. I have noticed a couple of bugs. One: the One Click link seems to hang on mobile interfaces and generates an AJAX error message. Two: The refunds via Prestashop don't go through to PayPal. I have searched the forum but I'm seeing conflicting information. Some people say this is a feature and refunds have to be issued via PayPal and some say this is a defect and it should be linked to PayPal. Can someone clarify this please?

Hi all! I've a big problem! I need the search module working by partial reference. I mean... I have products with references: CR-Q2612A - CR-Q2612X etc... If i search the code cr-q2612a nothing show. if i search cr-q2612x shows the product (i don't know why a not search and x it does...) I need to find partial code: ex: I type 2612 and shows all the product with reference that has 2612 inside the reference code. as: cr-q2612A , cr-q 2612x, hp2612 etc... Is it possible? I use PS 1.5.4.0 Thx!

I'm not quite sure if I'm understanding partial refunds correctly or it there's something wrong with Prestashop. When doing a partial refund, the refunded amount isn't deducted from the sales stats like it is when doing a complete refund and changing the payment status to Refunded. Found an issue on this topic on the Issue Tracker (http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-11393) but it has no real response from the Presta team. The only solution that I've come up with is manually adding a negative payment with the refunded amount, but I'm not sure if this has any "side-effects" that could mess up something else, even though it would fix the stats revenue problem. Using PS 1.5.6.2 but this seems to affect 1.6 as well.

Hello I have recently upgraded to 1.5.6 and one of the features listed for 1.5 is the ability to do partial deliveries. You can see this advertised here in new features http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS15/New+features+in+PrestaShop+1.5 "For greater efficiency, PrestaShop 1.5 includes a stock management tool allowing merchants to separate your physical stock from your available quantities. You can manage your physical stock in various warehouses, generate supply orders and have an overview of your inventory through clear and detailed interfaces. This inventory management tool is natively compatible with the new multistore feature. Finally, for flexibility in managing customer orders, partial deliveries are now available." Can someone please tell me how to do partial deliveries as I can find nothing about it in my BO? Is there some kind of set up that has to be done in order to partially supply an order? I would expect that this option would allow you to generate a delivery slip for the partial order and then another delivery slip when the rest of the order can be supplied, but I can't find any options to do that. Example would be when customer orders 10x of something and there are less than 10 in stock, so presumably you can supply part of the order and have that recorded in the BO, but how to achieve that? thanks

Is it possible to add custom functionality to PrestaShop refunding functionality? Lets say I have a custom payment module and I need this module to be able to synchronize refunding completed from the PrestaShop backend with the payment provider. Actually I need my module to be able to send request to the gateway of payment provider after refunding is done at the PrestaShop backend. Is any hook for this purpose? Which versions of PrestaShop can support this functionality? Thanks!

When we were using PrestaShop 1.4.6.2 we could always refund orders partially, even after they had been dispatched - in case a customer insisted an item was broken etc. Then we upgraded to PS 1.4.9.0, and we can still do partial refunds but ONLY while the order status is 'payment accepted'. Once we change the order status to 'dispatched', the partial refund options disappears! Being able to do partial refunds is pretty important to us, and I can't imagine its not important to other store owners. Can anyone shed any light on why this feature would just be removed like this?
