Hi, I'd like to display products on my 404 page I tried {include file="./product-list.tpl"} >> no show also tried {$HOOK_HOME_TAB_CONTENT} which hooks featured products on homepage module >> no show any idea? thanks -
Bonjour à tous, J'ai développé mon module et je rencontre aujourd'hui un soucis. Sur mon environnement de dev (serveur wamp en local) le module fonctionne très bien. Sur mon environnement de prod (serveur distant) lorsque je clic sur ma tab dans le BO une erreur s'affiche "page not found" J'ai évidement vider le cache, supprimer le htacess rien n'y fait. merci de toute l'aide que vous pourrais m'apporter K_HomeBloc.php AdminK_HomeBlocModule.php

Hi prestashop friends I have this weird problem, and maybe stupid problem, but google couldnt help me. I have a footer that is linking to contact page and others. Since Im from Denmark, I would like to translate the php page to kontakt.php instead of contact-us.php. But when I do that, i get "page not found". this is the link code: <a href="{$link->getPageLink('prices-drop.php')}">{l s='Tilbud' mod='tmfooterlinks'}</a> I've changed the html URL, PHP and TPL, but still not finding the page?

When trying to open the Modules and Services section I get a 'Page Not Found' error instead of the page. I also get the same error if I try to open the 1-click upgrade module. I have tried debug mode and got no errors showing. Strangely if I install another Prestashop copy in a sub-folder and open the Modules and Services page on that it works and it then works if I copy the URI and edit it to match where my original page should be("www.mydomain.com/my-admin/module/catalog?" instead of "www.mydomain.com/my-admin/index.php?controller=AdminModulesManage&token=mycurrenttoken"), it just complains of an invalid token but lets me view the page. It is as if the path is wrong somehow. Any ideas? Neil -
Bonjour Je me retrouve face à un problème dont je n'ai pas trouvé de Solution sur le Forum. Explication: J'ai activé les URL simplifiée dans les préférences SEO & URL Tout mes articles, catégories, sous-catégorie sont toute configuré pour pointer vers une url simplifié.. J'ai recharger le htaccess sur mon serveur ainsi que le fichier Robot la redirection d'URL est également activé sur le serveur... Lorsque je vais sur mon site la page d'accueil s'affiche correctement mais c'est bien la seule. Dès que je clique sur un produit, une catégorie, ... Affichage d'une page erreur 404. Je ne comprend pas les URL ont bien changées sous formes simplifié lorsque je rentre l'ancien lien la redirection ce fait vers la nouvelle adresse mais rien ne s'affiche. Mon site: Green Eben Version de Prestashop: 1.6.1.4 Serveur: PlanetHoster Si quelqu'un peu m'aider à trouver une solution ... -
Hi everyone I have created some controllers and assigned to my buttons. Now when I select those controllers I am getting page not found error. Any idea why that happens? My controllers are even named AdminMymodulenameMycontrollernameController? Any hints? It goes into the controller but I don't get the file I want in that controller for example configure.tpl should be there. How do I get that file in the controller?

Hi, Could anyone help me out to solve my problem. When I click on any products page it appears saying " This page is not available". Even If I click the preview button on the products I am getting the same error. I am sure that it was working few hours back and I have not done any changes in that time. Also sometimes from my main page in the website, products images are replaced by question marks. But not all of them, only few. Looking forward to your advice.

I've searched the forum and can't seem to find an answer to this. I was unaware if this problem until I searched my shop as a customer, so I dont know how long this has been happening. When I go to view certain products, the link appears correct but clicking on the product takes me to a 'Page Not Found' page. For example - website is www.totalfancydress.com If you search for 'Discorama', the results will show a wig. But clicking on the product takes me to an error page. Some products are visible and work fine but some don't. Everything seems correct, I really don't understand. This is happening with quite a few products. Any help is appreciated

Hi, I noticed I have some pages in bing.com (or google.com) that don't exit on my site anymore and when I click on the link to see them I get to my site with and 404 error. Hi, I installed prestashop version 1.6.1.1. using bitnami. I am not able to see the product images. I only see question mark images instead of product images. Hello Dear Friends. I'm using PS v 1.4.9.0 I want to use only English (en) language on my shop. Then I've disabled other language French (fr) and Spanish (es). After disabled some default cms pages are not found (404). Pages in Preferences > SEO & URLs Eg: sitemap, new-products, prices-drop, best-sales mydomain.com/new-products mydomain.com/prices-drop mydomain.com/sitemap But product pages are showing correctly. Then i have enable French (fr) and pages are loading correctly. Eg: mydomain.com/en/new-products mydomain.com/en/prices-drop mydomain.com/en/sitemap If i disabled "Friendly URL", pages are loading correctly. Please help me to resolve this. -
Hello Presta, It seems that I have a problem with logging in to my admin panel from a direct admin login link I get page not found from the site with a cached link I can get in otherwise not from a freshly cleared cache I get a 500 Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. here is the error log from cp. I am facing a quite strange problem : add to cart function is working normally when I add a product to cart while I am browsing through the categories pages. Now when I search for a product and I try to add this product to cart from the search result this is not working and returns pages not found. the funny thing is that both links appeared to be the same for example: adding a product to the cart from a category page is: http://www.shopbay.gr/el/cart?add&id_product=2146629&token=ca2a52cc4896001bab71e75009b85df8 and working. while adding a product to the cart from the search results is the following http://www.shopbay.gr/el/cart?add&id_product=2146629&token=ca2a52cc4896001bab71e75009b85df8 exactly the same link and it does not working returning page not found this is very strange think but since addtocart is basically a ajax function maybe I missing something here has anybody experience the same thing and where i should look for the add to cart function? thank you in advance PS my prestashop instalation is 1.4.9

In a multistore configuration, I have added over 300 items and have the following issues: 2nd and 3rd store do not have pricing on some of the items. 2nd and 3rd store have invalid product URLs "-.html" that result in "page not found" errors. 2nd and 3rd store have missing images and bad url and no pricing almost like a ghost product - nothing, not even a name, but still takes up space on the page. I have spent a lot of time trying to manipulate the database directly, and have only successfully resolved a few issues, like missing images. The major issue remains the invalid product URL which seems to affect the entire product leaving it "blank". The database table that seems to handle the product associations does not seem to affect the URL, so no luck there... Any help appreciated. Thank you Ver: 1.6.0.8 -
Need help please. After updating to 1.6.0.8, all my pages display page not found for the main content. Header, sidebar, footer are displaying correctly. Only the the main content is missing and displaying page not found. Apparently my $page_name is always showing 'cms' instead of the actual page name > index,...etc. I suppose this is due to friendly url. When friendly url is disabled, it works fine, but once it's enabled, the problem occurs. I have removed cleanurl module, clear and disabled cache, disabled overrides, delete htaccess, disabled and enabled friendly url, however the problem is still present. I have turned on dev mode, but no error is showing. Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Hello, I have a problem with my store locator page. From my homepage, it's fine. But when navigating to a CMS page and then clicking on the Store Locator, it goes to "page not found". The reason is simple, the solution may not be. Start at mystore.com => click Store Locator => land on mystore.com/stores Perfect!!! Start at mystore.com => click "Specials" page (a CMS page) => land on mystore.com/content/specials => click on store locator => sends you to mystore.com/content/stores The result is Page not Found. Big trouble! Anyone else having this problem? Am I doing something wrong somewhere? Anyone have a fix? Can we get rid of this /content/ sub-directory? Thanks... any and all advice is appreciated!

I'm having this issue on fresh install of 1.6.0.5. Tested making a purchase via PayPal. After payment is completed in PayPal, when clicking the link to return to the site, I get to the site, but a 404 page not available for the order confirmation. Here is what the link shows: [mysite]/order-confirmation.php?id_cart=20&id_module=73&key=[key] Shopping cart ID is correct for the purchase. Under SEO & URL, Order Confirmation is going to a default Prestashop page, order-confirmation. Order shows up in Admin with email alerts all working, just this. Anyone else have this experience? About three days ago while working on my Prestashop installation form the backend I began receiving unusual page not found errors in the backend, this was happening while I was trying to regenerate images on my installation. I then noticed on the frontend that some images were no loading properly, I panicked and thought immediately that something had gone very wrong. I later realized that the problem was not limited to images only as now whole pages on both from and backend were not loading properly and I was occasionally receiving the page not found on both front and backend of my installation. I’ve attached several detailed screenshots of the problem I’m having and gladly welcome any type of solution, I personally feel the hosting service I’m using may be at fault but I would like a second opinion. Hi, We bought a new responsive theme, could not be installed using "theme installator module" (bad configuration file) message received, after this tried to install using "Dump Sql" installation successfull. After theme installation could not add new products "(An error occurred while creating an object. product) message received, after this went to the database, choose SQL tab and paste this: alter table ps_product add column redirect_type int (10) ; alter table ps_product_shop add column redirect_type int (10) ; but the error persisted, asked for help at the esupport.template staff, they solved the issue. Today we have the following issue: 1-when clicking categories and sub-categories on the front shop (Page-Not-Found) . You can only view the products when clicking (New Products) on the front shop ! 2- Cannot view "Featured Products" at the front shop ! Does anyone knows how to solve these two issues ? Всем привет! Просматривая статистику обнаружил, что появляются не найденные страницы. Как я понимаю это поисковики просматривая сайт не могут найти страницы, хотя они существуют. Странным образом дописывается & в конце адреса. Ну и всякие непонятные символы которые как я понимаю не соответствует "схеме URL" самой Престы. Вот хочу поинтересоваться у всех так, или может я, что не так делаю??? Как это будет сказываться на результатах поиска и индексирования сайта?

I'm running Prestashop version 1.4.4 on www.ghanaorigin.com The site has been running since 2011, for about 2 years now. I just changed the index Page's title, and Meta description under Back Office Preferences SEO & URLs and my website no longer displays. All pages redirect to 404 not found. Even if I specify ghanaorigin.com/index.php the website redirects to ghanaorigin.com/404.php I enabled and disabled various options: "Friendly URL", "Disable apache multiviews", regenerated .htaccess e.t.c but the website cannot load, it opens a blank page. I need help. -
Hi, On my website all the category pages redirect to a page not found page. I believe this is because of a problem in my database. I tried to import a csv into my categories but my Home category was removed. I then manually modified ps_category,and ps_category_lang. I believe I have made a mistake somewhere in my editing, could I be supplied with some information on the default layout etc. Attached is a screenshot of my database. Thanks
