How to optimize for 60,000 products?

I am planning a store with an estimated 60,000 products and possibly 100,000 products. On a test I found that so many products significantly slowed down Prestashop, even when I did not use categories. Is there any to optimize and speed up Prestashop for this amount of products? Thanks for your... -
