Hi all, I have been going round and round AND ROUND in circles about this issue for a while now and still cannot solve it. I will be as detailed as I can about the issue. Overview I have a multistore install setup with 2 shops I run prestashop 1.6.1.6 The issue When editing a product (in either store) it doesn't save the information I just entered when clicking "Save and Stay" OR "Save". It just reloads the page without the information I just entered. It only manages to save the information every so often, intermittently, there doesn't seem to be a pattern, it just saves when it wants to. As you can imagine this make maintaining the store with over 2k products almost an impossible task as it take a whole day to update only a few products because of the constant re-entry needed. Other info All caches, on prestashop and on the server are disabled. There is nothing in the prestashop log. There is nothing in the servers error log. I have tried using several browsers on 3 machines in 2 locations to see if it a client side issue, it isnt. I really hope that someone has come across this issue and has been able to resolve it as I am starting to pull my hair out. Thank you in advance to anyone that can help with this issue!

Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great day. I'm currently on prestashop 1.7 and I have already a non understandable amount of products on line. The problem I'm struggling with is that after some css editing of the template I found out that my customization fields module is not saving the customization for products. After reading the code of the customization form I find out that the normal behaviour is leading me to the product page after click on "save" but what happens is that I end up on the cart page and the customization is not saving. I'm using the theme "pos oregon 4". I'll be really grateful if someone can help me solve the problem. Thanks in advance..

Hi! I recently upgraded a copy of the website under development from 1.7.2.4 to 1.7.3. After recovering from the database error (a custom theme was applied), upgrade was successful even if some of the module hooks were removed. All of them have been re-enabled. Problem I'm facing now is that prices of the combinations are not saved, and no error message is produced. I can enter the new values, hit the save button, but when i return to the product and check the combinations, no price has been saved. Any idea about where could be the problem?

Sorry for my english, I have a big problem. I cannot update any product in admin. I change price or category and i get "settings saved", but if i return to catalog and click on product i cannot see changes.

HI. i have a cloud 1.6.13 store. Recently im experiencing issues saving changes to product, or adding customer cart rules, or even saving discount amount. i have to repeat the same multiple time, or disable and enable the product again multiple time to save the needed changes. this is a night mare, since for instance if i need to add Specific pricing rules, i need to re enter all details again and again. please let me know how to fix this. Thank you.

Hi, PrestaShop v1.7.0.0 RC2 / International / Translations / not saving "Other translations" After editing Translation key, clicking "Edit" button; - saving Back office translations - saving Themes translations - not saving Other translations

I cannot edit cms pages and can't save . I can't even create a new cms page. when i tried to create a new page nothing comes up. the page disappears. but he screen shot are some errors i am having when trying to edit and save cms page. Anyone come across this issue please. PrestaShop 1.5.6.2 Thank you guys.

Okey guys i have PrestaShop 1.6.0.9... So i dowloaded this theme from the forum... for PrestaShop 1.6 (Link Below) http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/338386-100-free-prestashop-16-responsive-themes-black-hawk-30/ I installed and it looks pretty good, well now i translated most of the stuff from Localization>Translation... Problem (1) EXAMPLE - Everything worked fine but when i want to modify an already translated text... the modifications wont take change :S Problem (2) EXAMPLE - my "Product Comment Module" is in Spanish by default... but when i try to modify any Text from Localization>Translation...as soon as i hit "SAVE"... the whole module turns back into English... and to fix this what i do is "Reset" the module, then it goes back to Spanish, But In conclusion i cant tweak any text or alse it will turn into English... Can anyone help me out with these translation problems? I appreciate it !

When using either Firefox (v. 23.0.1) or Chrome (v. 29.0.1547.66 m), items added to the shopping cart do not save. You can add an item to the cart but as soon as you either change pages, try to check out or even just add another item, the items don't stay in the cart. I don't have this problem in IE 10. Using PrestShop 5.1.1 Ajax is turned on I haven't touched the code, everything has been done through the back office Unix server Has anybody seen this before? JD
