Hi, cant't get any notificatin (by email) when a new customer create an account. At Administration-Preferences-Notifications, all options are on (show notifications for new orders, new customer, new messege). All work, excpt for new customers. Already made a lot of tests, all email trafic works, except in this case. Can anyone help? TIA HT EDIT: In fact, any of these notifications work. I have mailalert module (notifications for new orders are on and working) so I thought this ones works -
Hi Prestashoppers, We're trying to find out if "TNT Parcelware" is something for us (it's a carriers service for cheaper shipping and automated label printing etc.). They have some software tool where you need to import a excel/csv file with all new orders, with fields such as: fist name, last name, address, ordernumber, email etc. They then process that data, send a track and trace to the customer, print some labels for us to send the packages appropriately. The issue is, that I can't find a way to export that excel/csv file with new orders. - Is there a default way to do this within Prestashop? - If not, is there a module that does this?
