Hi. I was wondering if any1 can see through this issue with the price that turns negative when you reach the amount that impact the price. (I am not ready to change PS-files.) I did find out, though, that if you in your Specific Price rule choose a specific combination, then the price will be reduced (still positive) to the right price. All products in the table [specific_price] that has a {id_product_attribute} number (>0) seem ok - all other products in [specific_price] table with no {id_product_attribute} (=0) go negative Can anyone tell me what other attribute than combination I can choose to have the Specific Price to get a {id_product_attribute} ?? (as it is a lot of work if you have many combinations and some specific prices if you can't just choose [All combinations]) Or what other variable changes the issue? For me I can see that all products in the [specific_price] table that has a {id_product_attribute} is linked to the [product_attribute] table - is GOOD!!

Bonjour à tous, Un de mes clients utilise le Web Service pour leur gestion des stocks (EBP). Lors de la synchronisation de leur site web, il est possible que des stocks arrivent en négatif (s’il y a eu des précommandes etc...). Le problème est que certaines déclinaisons d’un produit peuvent être en stock et d’autres peuvent être hors stock (négatif ex : -30). Dès que le solde d’une déclinaison est négatif, toutes les autres déclinaisons sont considérées comme « En Approvisionnement ». Quand je repasse les valeurs négatives à 0 ça fonctionne de nouveau. Dear All, i have two questions about Prestashop (version 1.7.2.2 / PHP 7.0.17) -Customers can order although I disabled the option in the settings and i have some products with negative stock -When you update the quantity in cart, it doesn't update: you need to refresh the page enirely I searched in the forum and try some solutions but nothing... :-( Thanks a lot for your help

Hi. sorry fo my English I have a big problem. Try to describe: A customer places a product in the cart but does not checkout The next day, opens the cart and complete the purchase. the product, which in the meantime went to zero, goes negative. At that point there is no way to exhaust the client's request and it is bad. The quantity is check only when the product is added to the cart? Is possible that no control is make at checkout for product quantity? In this case, it's a very serious problem. I expect for someone answer me. Thanks so much.

Hey guys, I'm using just the simple quantity management, not the advanced stock management. I have a product with three combinations (Shirts Sizes S, M, L) In the tab quantities I used "I want to specify available quantities manually." and gave each combination a quantity of 100. When out of stock is set to Deny orders. A lot of shirts are sold and now I have a quantity of -1 in size M and L. In S are still 12 available. How is it possible to get negative values? In the frontoffice it is not possible to order M and L or more then 12 S. Could it be because some orders where canceled? But shouldn that refill the quantities? Or is it possible that two persons buy the last shirt at the same time? Greetings editent

Hey Leute, ich benutze keine erweiterte Lagerverwaltung sondern gebe die verfügbaren Mengen manuell ein. Bei einem Tshirt habe ich drei Kombinationen (S, M, L) und habe für jede Größe 100 Stück eingetragen. Die Option "Wenn nicht auf Lager" ist auf "Bestellung ablehnen" gesetzt. Nach vielen Bestellungen habe ich jetzt auf einmal eine Menge von -1 bei den Größen M und L. Bei S sind noch 12 da. Wie kann es sein, dass ich negative Mengen erhalte? Könnte das zustande kommen, weil Bestellungen storniert wurden? Oder ist es möglich, dass zwei Personen zur gleichen Zeit das letzte Tshirt kaufen? Viele Grüße edient

Hi all, I have a website running a modified Prestashop version 1.5.1. The shop seemed to be running 100% up until deployment, when we noticed that there were products with negative values. Further investigation into the issue led me to this link: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-9970 but there seems to be no resolution for this issue up until now. I want to ask if any of you have gotten across a similar problem and were you able to do a workaround to it because this is beginning to be a headache for us especially since it's nearing Christmas and the number of orders rise around this time of the year. I want to be able to keep track of my inventory without having to worry about negative stocks popping up every so often.

I created a negative voucher according to a different topic here. Now my problem is this, the voucher is basically a charge for credit card usage (the charging fee of the payment gateway system) and I want it to calculate the value after all the regular discounts have been implimented. this is what i aim for: initial price = $3000 discount vouchers value = $1000 Charging fee = $2000 * 3.5% final price = $2070 This is what I have at the moment (default usage of vouchers): initial price = $3000 discount value = $1000 + (-3.5%) => $895 charging fee = (already calculated in the discount value) final price = $2105 I know that in total the outcome is good for the seller, the problem is that customers are not stupid and will figure out sooner or later that this is a fishy way to make additional profit. Anyone knows how to change the way that the voucher are calculated in such a way that the negative vouchers (the added cost, since it's a double negative) that is always a percentage will be calculated only AFTER the total price has been summarized with the normal discount vouchers.
