Salve a tutti, ho un problema nella visualizzazione delle immagini solo di alcune categorie e sottocategorie. Probabilmente ciò è avvenuto in seguito alla cancellazione, dovuta a disattenzione, di alcuni formati in Preferenze -> Immagine, ad esempio 'category' e 'medium'. Ho provveduto a ripristinare i formati eliminati, esattamente come erano in precedenza, ma anche creando nuove categorie ed associandogli nuove immagini, queste non vengono create nella cartella img/c/... Come posso fare a ripristinare il normale funzionamento del mio negozio? P.S. la versione del mio prestashop è 1.4.8.2 Vi ringrazio anticipatamente, Giovanni

Hey guys I really need your help! I have been adding products and product images since yesterday, yesterday all was fine.. Today im getting errors and i cannot upload images anymore.. I havent changed anything.. My permissions are all good.. The errors i get are: error while copying image: home error while copying image: large error while copying image: medium error while copying image: small error while copying image: thickbox How is this possible? And how to fix? I wanted to get my catalog ready today, so i can move toward launch of my webshop but this messes thing up.. I tried downscaling my images, because i thought it might have to do with size but nothing works, + yesterday i was able to upload pictures ( 1mb) without a problem.. Please Help!!!

Hi, I am using Prestashop v1.4.6.2 I am facing the following problem : My goal was to have the "large' image in Categories So, on the administration Panel > Preferences > Images > Medium (80 x 80 pixels) - I unchecked Categories on the administration Panel > Preferences > Images > Large (300 x 300 pixels) - I did checked Categories I regenerated the thumbnails The category image does display properly. But the trouble is that the thumbnail for any sub-category is replaced by a question mark. And the image related source code remains the following : <img width="80" height="80" alt="" src="/c/2735-medium-xxxxx.jpg"> instead of being update to <img width="300" height="300" alt="" src="/c/2735-large-xxxxx.jpg"> To solve the matter, I also tried to force the compilation to re-generate the htaccess file, tu uncheck the cache. But nothing was efficient. Has anyone any idea ? Thank you in advance for any help. Patrick

bonjour, Ma question : Comment et où précisément puis-je régénérer les images manquantes de la piece jointe? site igsport.fr visible dans "survetements" (aussi j'ai bien lu [cet article] qui concerne le délai d expiration lorsqu'on veut régénérer les miniatures. J'ai donc petit à petit régénéré les "produits" sous toutes leurs tailles. et aussi les catégories.) suis je sur la bonne voie ?
