Hello, I have a problem with loyalty points, or rather with their "suspension". The module has incorrectly marked the status "Delivered", instead of "Sent" - as the final status for the points to be activated. At the moment I have over 2,000 orders, and marking now in the module of the "Sent" column as the final status (which determines the activation of points) only worked on new orders. Changing the last status again to "Delivered" and entering each order to change its status is the final solution? Maybe someone has an idea how to change it in bulk, or even "painlessly" Thanks in advance for your answer!

hi, i am looking a module that of loyalty points for purchases and that these can be exchanged for products that are exclusive for these points and can not be bought with money Busco un modulo que de puntos de fidelización en cada compra (a ser posible que sean solo para un tipo de clientes por ejemplo clientes registrados y no para distribuidores) y que estos puntos se puedan canjear por productos concretos que no estén a la venta en la web y sean exclusivos para canjear con los puntos

Hello I have migrated a site from Zencart to Prestashop 1.6.9. I exported all my customers previously earned points into Prestashop database table ps_loyalty directly using previous customer_id as id_loyalty. and for all id_order=0 for example, customer_id: 1377 has now id_loyalty:1377 I did it this way because there is no possibility to .CSV import customers with their points. BUT now, i would like to know if it was the right way to do it as i see there is also a table ps_loyalty_history that i didn't fill... As of now, new customers points are added per orders, id_loyalty incremented my last id_loyalty +1 and everything looks fine but.... Can i expect problems because of this ps_loyalty_history i didn't fill ? Thanks Pat

Hello all - I'm new to Prestashop - just getting to grips with everything, it's an amazing system. I have a minor issue at the moment - if I go to a product page, it shows "By buying this product you can collect up to...." as I would expect. When I change any of the options for that product though (I have colours and sizes right now), the message changes to "No reward points for this product". If I refresh, it shows the correct number of points as before. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance for any help given EDIT: I forgot to mention, I'm using the default theme

I am using prestashop 1.5.6.2 and i recently installed the loyalty point module (ver 1.13) and i have an issue. When a costumer converts his points into a voucher the voucher does not go in effect immediately, and looking at back office i see that it goes in effect at midnight of that day! I searched around and found someone who had a similar problem and in the loyalty-program.php he changed the code from $cartRule->date_from = date('Y-m-d H:i:s', $dateFrom); to $cartRule->date_from = date('Y-m-d H:i:s', $dateFrom - 86400); and apparently for him it worked, but for me it doesn't. Is there any solution to that? How can i make the voucher to go into effect immediately? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I figured out why it was showing that message. It's based on the shopping cart contents rather than the price of the individual product. Weird English language that should be more clear. Hello, I just noticed that, even though the product doesn't qualify for a loyalty point, the new version of Loyalty Program module always says the following on the product page: "By buying this product you can collect up to 1 loyalty point. Your cart will total 1 point that can be converted into a voucher of $----" The old version that I have on PS 1.3.1 works properly and says: "No reward points for this product." How do I fix this? I don't want people to be mislead by the statement that they can earn a point even when they can't. Thanks.

I already search the forum but couldn't find an answer for it. There's any way to give points to customers that had made a purchased before we have the Loyalty and Rewards Module installed? Or there's any module that can do that? I have the module installed on a prestashop 1.5.6.2, it's the module that comes with prestashop. Customer loyalty and rewards Developed by :PrestaShop| Version :1.13 | Category :Pricing and Promotion Thanks for the help,

I am looking to use the built in loyalty point system by prestashop. I have one problem, I want to make certain products not available for point redemption as that one product is already discounted heavily. Is there a way to do this? for example, I want 0 (ZERO) points awarded for our starter kits as they come with a 30% or more discount built into the price. http://www.sjolieproducts.com/starter-kits/t100-mini-mist-starter-kit.html

So my PS 1.4.7.3 shop is now live. I ran the SQL query described in this thread to delete all the test orders from the live site. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/151575-help-looking-to-delete-all-orders-and-start-again/page__fromsearch__1 So far so good. But I just noticed that customer number 1 (the first customer on the live site) seems to have inherited all the loyalty points from the test orders. i.e. the loyalty points were not removed from the system. How can I remove the loyalty points that were generated from my test orders. Is there an SQL query I can run to do that?

Hi, does anyone know if there's a bug in the loyalty points module for v.1.4.4.1, or perhaps I've done something wrong? I have configured loyalty points as below: £10 = 1 point 1 point = £0.30. After doing a test purchase I have 9 points registered in my customer account - no problem there. However, if I then do a customer refund of that purchase I end up with 11 points being deducted, therefore leaving me with -2 points in my customer account. I tried another purchase and the same thing happened. Can anybody help?
