Bonjour à tous, je ne sais pas si vous aussi vous avez eu la même expérience que moi, mais depuis plusieurs jours j'ai, de temps en temps, une fenêtre de Livechat qui s'affiche sur le forum. J'ai donc demandez à Moez ce qu'il fait là et il m'a répondu qu'il était là pour aider les clients PrestaShop. Je me suis étonné de cela sur un forum communautaire et là la conversation fut arrêté me demandant de répondre à un questionnaire de satisfaction, ce qui fut fait avec, de façon logique, des notes très très basse concernant ma satisfaction, il est toujours désagréable de se faire raccrocher au nez. Donc avez vous eu cette expérience et sinon, est ce que @ttoine aurait un explication concernant la présence d'un livechat (semblant provenir d'Addons) sur le forum communautaire.

Pues eso, busco algun modulo de chat que sea realmente gratis, y cuanto mas opciones de configuracion y diseño tenga mejor... Existe? jej Usaba Offerchat... y bien... dejod e funcionar, instale Jivochat y es perfecto (o casi) pero pensando que era gratis o al menos gratis para un agente... pero resulto que no... me toca pagar mañana... Hay alguna alternativa buena? Muchas Gracias
