Hi, I have problem with results: In my shop i have many products like "vitamin b" "vitamin c" "vitamin e" etc. So when I try search "vitamin e" i have results with every vitamins but "vitamin e" is too far. Additionally I have category "vitamins". I know presta split every words form searchbox and it try "vitamin" and "e". In end "vitamin" have bigger weight from "e". I tried change minimal lenght to 1 - but then there is so bad results. I tried change different ways weight for index - no good effects. I tried give more weight to tags and add "vitamin e" but tags cant have space include. Someone can help me? -
Hi my shop has many items with numbers after the same title. For example, hamberger 1, hamberger 2,........, hamberger 111, hamberger 112... So the product name does not change, only the numbers. but but when I search for the item with 2 digit numbers, different results will come up. But it works fine with 3 digit numbers... Does anybody know how to fix this problem? -
Hallo zusammen, PS Version 1.6.0.8 Ich habe bei einigen Kunden den Newsletter aktiviert. Ab wann bekommt mein Kunde den Newsletter? Wenn ich neue Produkte im Shop habe oder nur bei bestimmten Sonderaktionen? Wo kann ich die Inhalte steuern die der Kunde bekommen soll? Unter Lokalisierung - Übersetzung habe ich den Newsletter zwar gefunden aber das hilft mir nicht wirklich weiter. Der Kunde soll jedesmal eine E-Mail bekommen wenn ich neue Produkte angelegt habe. Hi again people! It says that my customers have accepted to get the newsletter, how do that function and can I control it (in other terms; edit the letter) ? If so, how do I do it? Mike.

why there is no drop down list of products when there are only one letter typed in search box?? and it shows : No results were found for your search "a" but there are many products which starts with letter A.. -
Bonjour à tous, Je n'arrive pas à configurer (presta v.1.5.3) les transporteur selon la taille du coli. En détail: Certains envois peuvent être envoyés par lettre (selon tailles, poids -> 3-4 différents choix) Les autres (plus gros) seront envoyés par paquet. J'aimerai évidement que le transport le moins cher soit proposé par défault selon la somme (tailles, poids) des produits ajouté au panier. Par exemple, on peut vendre un faire-part -> Transport = Lettre ou une machine de découpe -> Transport = Coli Et les 2 en même temps -> Transport = Coli J'ai défini les tailles max dans le transporteur "Lettre" et "colis". (by the way: il n'y a pas d'unité (cm, mm, km ou gr, kg?) et pas possible de mettre un nombre plus petit que 1!!! --> Bug ou Unexpected feature ?) Mais le panier n'ajuste pas automatiquement le transporteur selon la taille. Il prendra le transporteur défini par défault. Donc je peux me retrouver avec une machine à découpe avec un transport à 2 balles et un faire part à 8.- ! Avez-vous une solution à cela ? Que faire ? D'avance merci pour votre aide. Joël -
Sub-category image sizes are fairly easy to adjust in back office, hats off to prestashop for quick changes, however.. Upon changing the standard theme from white to any other colour these subcategory images gain white letterbox borders (top and bottom). There is no ability to over-ride or select your own colour for this border area. On custom themes this leads to ugly results. On the flip side, there are modules out there to do this function however such modules override all image borders which is not the intended result either. Various image formats and sizes do not change the result as my first thinking was aspect ratio of the picture mis-matching the display size until I made images to exactly fit and the yielded the same result. This is a createimagefrom process in PHP and only needs to have transparency set for borders instead of solid fill colour. PLEASE FIX THIS

Hi everyone, My guest check out page in shopping cart requiers to check newsletter and opt in boxes or it returns an error w/those fields needed.
