[SOLVED] Remove left hook in order summation

I want to know where or how can i remove the left hook in the product summation. in Cash on delivery, i successfully remove the left hook by our theme settings.. when i did this to bank wire.. with the same steps on COD. The left hook is still there.. where can i hardcode this settings?

Is it possible to have layered navigation on product page? You can hook layered navigation to the left column on product page but it's not showing. Maybe a module?

Im on PS 1.4.6.2, my shop (in development is here). I have too many modules in left column, and would like to move them to the right column (particularly the Tag module, Information module, and/or the Newsletter module). I read some modules can be transferred, but find no way to do this....
