Witam, od kilku dni walczę z przekierowaniem domeny na swój sklep prestashop. Za każdym razem gdy próbuje to zrobić moje przekierowanie kończy się na błędzie i ze strony presty i ze strony hostingu. Zauważyłem, że hosting, z którego korzystam (OVH) doszukuje się pliku o nazwie "index.html" i po przekierowaniu do katalogu, w którym dany plik się znajduje strona zaczyna działać. Gdy przekierowuje stricte do folderu z zainstalowaną prestą, otwiera się folder w indexie lub strona na podstawowej domenie mojego hostingu (bez zmiany URL na prescie). Zmiana URL na prescie jeszcze bardziej pogarsza sprawa ponieważ wyskakuje error 500. Dodam jeszcze, że podstawowa domena hostingu, na której zainstalowana jest presta bezproblemowo prowadzi do sklepu. Jednak gdy zmieniam początkowy katalog mojej domeny na ten sam co podstawowa domena hostingu i zmieniam adres URL w konfiguracji sklepu - wyskakuje błąd. W czym może być problem? Wo finde ich doctype html oder index.html. Also doctype html ist irgendwo vorhanden.

Hi It seems to be a common thing, but i cannot find solution. Redirection from domain.com/index.php to domain.com is OK. Is it possibile to redirect /index.html and /index.shtml the same way? Hi, I have posted about this before but it is still bothering me! I tried to register with the CoreFTP forum to ask help there but all my email addresses are banned for some reason so I thought I would return here. I am not confident that I can upload the new additions to my PrestaShop as the info I have talks about an index.html file on my computer and uploading that, and then my website is uploaded and viewable in a web browser. Where is the index.html file, and once I have found it can I be confident that I just need to upload that each time I put more stock on or alter the website?! Thanks, Rusty

Hi, After trying to use FileZilla to transfer my shop to my host, I have installed Core FTP to use instead. Is it because my website is zipped that I can't find index.html in my local directory? The host server has my PS files and the zipped files but nothing is showing in the web browser when I type in the website address. Rusty

Bonjour, Ce n'est pas la première fois que je poste ici ! Malheureusement je n'ai de réponses de personne et je commence plus qu'un peu à desespérer. Mon boss refuse d'engager un dev pour faire le travail que je n'arrive pas à faire (je suis graphiste à la base pas dévellopeur). J'ai donc besoin de votre aide ! J'aimerais faire une page d'acceuil pour la boutique www.comtesse-sofia.com. J'ai créer ma page en html. Et tout fonctionne. Malheureusemen au moment de l'implementer la page fonctionne, les redirect se font vers les bonnes langues (il s'agit d'une page ou on choisit sont pays), mais le panier ne fonctionne plus. Impossible de mettre un article dans le panier. J'ai suivi des topic qui donnait des solutions à ce problème, mais rien ne fonctionne. Je ne sais absolument plus quoi faire et mon patron insiste pour que cette page soit mise en ligne (sans l'aide d'un dev évidement ' juste moi avec mes p'tites mains et mes minces connaissances du sujet - je suis en apprentissage). Bref ... si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider, ou si quelqu'un a juste une idée de pourquoi le panier plante subitement je suis preneuse ! Merci par avance !!!
