Hi! This is an odd one. I noticed that "{carrier}" is used in the order_conf.html email template and new_order.html email template and when emailed, shows the name of the carrier selected for the order. I'd like to include that info in a couple of other emails the customer receives when I update order status, including the shipped.html template. Well, I figured it would be as easy as typing in "{carrier}" just like "{shop name}" etc., but for some reason it doesn't work. I'm using PS 1.5.3, is there something I need to check or edit in order to be able to do this? Thanks in advance! Elaine

Hi everyone, Can anyone please tell me how to stop the "in_transit" mail from being sent to customers ? We are using a module which generates a "tracking number" mail automatically when we tip in the tracking number at the order screen. So we don't want both mail to be sent. Can I simply just delete the "in_transit" mail from the Folder on the server? or will this cause errors? Looking forward to hear from you guys.

I have found my store is not sending the tracking number link in the in-transit notification. I have read another forum topic on this found here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/223138-solved-tracking-number-url-not-appearing-in-email-sent-to-customer/ but the solution outlined did not work (I uploaded the new override file, then deleted any records in the ps_carrier table that have been flagged for deletion). The result was when I went to update the tracking number on an order it would just go to a blank white page and no notification would be sent. Can anyone else offer a solution to this issue - or offer clarification to the original solution and why that may have not worked? I am using version 1.5.1
