Good morning, Let's see if someone can help with this... We are running Prestashop 1.7.6.1 and our images are hosted on an Amazon S3 server. We are using this module in order to upload them to the server https://addons.prestashop.com/es/rendimiento-sitio-web/27354-aws-cloudfront-s3-speed-up-your-website-seo.html Everything is OK when we create the product in a manual way or when we import it using APIs (via an integration with the supplier) We have a problem when we try to upload new products using the Import option using CSV that Prestashop has. (Advanced Settings --> Import) Products are created without any problem but without image. It is not uploading it to AWS S3. It is happening the same when we try to upload products using official modules from our suppliers such us: https://addons.prestashop.com/es/afiliacion-prestashop-modulos/49266-bdroppy-las-mejores-marcas-de-moda-en-dropshipping.html https://addons.prestashop.com/es/dropshipping/17286-life365-inkloud-dropshipping.html To sum up, when we import products using a CSV or a module, the image doesn't show. It happens that the prestashop doesn't communicate with the S3 server and doesn't upload it. My question is: - How can we solve this? -Where are other shops hosting their images and do they get to show them? Which one is the best alternative? Thank you!!!

hello all, today am change my home page design the . but after change home page product image not showing on home page also on product page. am try 1. remove .htaccess or robots.txt and regenerate it. 2. enable/disable friendly url. 3. enable disable ssl on all page. 4. regenerate all image thumbnail but no result we ll get. plaease help me for solve this problem.. website url:

Prestashop 1.6 Hey When Friendly URL is enabled, the pictures dosent show (link is not right) AND all categories and products url redirect to this error : NOT FOUND The request url /homez.194/paraluxe/ was not found on this server. I have tried many solutions in forums and still not resolved this problem. Please HELP 😔 Best Regards

I am going through my products and manually uploading images that didn't get uploaded with the CSV file. The problem is the images aren't showing up when I upload them. Hi I have make changes on the email template by adding an image below is the code <img src="{$img_ps_dir}/myimage.jpg" /> I have double comfirm that myimage.jpg is inside the correct path. but still now showing the image in email. I have search whole day on why image not showing in email template. is because of the cdi:swift code. how can i know my cdi:swift code of myimage.jpg? or is there another way to do? hi guys, i shifted my PS 1.6.0.6 shop from one server to another. in the initial one it was in a subfolder (/newsite) and in the new one its in the root. now i changed the path in SEO & URLs from /newsite to '/' and the site opens. but in some pages it redirects to /newsite/url and in some it works correctly. ive tried clearing cache , regenerating .htaccess but doesn't seem to work. am also not able to see images in many products.. pls help guys its urgent!! the site is http://signsnprint.com

Hello, I am nearly done with my website but i am facing a problem and i don't have any idea where it is coming from. There is no more image showing in the front and back office of my website, and i don't understand why. I try to change the Access right but i doesn't work. There is only the name of the picture showed, not the image. What really disturb me, is why in the back office, all the small prestashop image are not showed anymore. If someone can help me with this, it would be a great help. Many thanks in advance.
