I have tried searching all the forums and couldn't find a solution so my apologies if this has already been resolved and I just haven't found it. I am starting a new store and have done a fresh install of prestashop 1.5.3.1 on a remote server. I navigated to the BO and created a new product. I then tried to upload a product image but it throwed an 'undefined' error. The image is well within the size and resolution boundaries. I did the same instalation of prestashop 1.5.3.1 on a local server. I navigated to the BO, created a new product and tried to upload the same image. This time it worked fine. So far all of this has been done using Firefox. I then navigated to the BO of my remote server using Internet Explorer. I tried uploading the same product image and it worked fine. So now I am really confused. The problem can't be with the image - it works fine on both local and remote servers The problem can't be with the remote server - it worked fine when using internet explorer The problem can't be with the browser - it worked fine on my local server using Firefox So what is happening here? I really want to be able to use Firefox for this. Any help you can give me would be really appreciated. EDIT: Tested all the other browsers and it only seems to work in IE for the remote server

Hello, I getting this error(img1) error during imageupload and i get a questionmark instead of the image. In all modules and it was working fine before. so i did a fresh install of prestashop 1.6 and tried it right away and still the same error.... What happend because it works just fine before. I get this error in all modules (theme configurator, Image Slidebar etc.) I added some images to this post with the error but the text is in dutch. Error in all prestashop versions 1.5/1.6 Other webshop platforms i dont have any problems uploading images. In a multistore configuration, I have added over 300 items and have the following issues: 2nd and 3rd store do not have pricing on some of the items. 2nd and 3rd store have invalid product URLs "-.html" that result in "page not found" errors. 2nd and 3rd store have missing images and bad url and no pricing almost like a ghost product - nothing, not even a name, but still takes up space on the page. I have spent a lot of time trying to manipulate the database directly, and have only successfully resolved a few issues, like missing images. The major issue remains the invalid product URL which seems to affect the entire product leaving it "blank". The database table that seems to handle the product associations does not seem to affect the URL, so no luck there... Any help appreciated. Thank you Ver: 1.6.0.8

Hi, I'm having a problem with the homeslider module and the multishop option. When I configured the multishop I selected the shop 2 with a virtual folder store1 www.store1.com store2 www.store1.com/shop2/ all was fine with that, but when I tryed to upload diferents images to the homeslider I only can see the images of the store1 because in the store2 the url of the image is wrong. the URL should be like: www.store1.com/modules/homeslider/img/image.jpg but instead I have something like: www.store1.com/shop2/modules/homeslider/img/image.jpg so I can't see the images. I don't know if I'm configurating something wrong or it's a problem with this module I hope someone can help me.

Permisi pengguna Prestashop semuanya.. mau tnya nih.. saya ada sedikit masalah ama Prestashop 1.5.2.0.. kenapa akhir2 ini saat memasukkan produk baru lalu saya aplod buat image previewnya tidak muncul di Front Office yah?? pdahal saya cek di Produk data imagenya ada.. Contohnya ada disini : tokoflightsimulator.web.id Mainpage thumbnail muncul, tp begitu di klik salah satu produk kenapa tidak muncul image previewnya yah?? kira2 apa yang perlu diperbaiki?? oh iya, saya jg sudah rebuild imagenya jg dr Preferences >> Image Mohon bantuannya..

Hi, I want import images with CSV product import. Every time I get the same error while products are created. Product n°235 : Image (http://www.myweb.com...ue/10012110.JPG) can't be saved! I loaded my images on the server in different folders/paths with CHMOD 777 all over and always the same error. Any ideas or help. P.S. of course, upload one by one in the product menu works. Thanks.

Prestashop version 1.5.4.0 I receive the following error message when trying to add information to any banner/advertising block modules. [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module (*) Call to undefined function checkImage() Where (*) is the name of the module. I receive this error on TM Banner module, Block Advertising Module, Block Advertising Multi module. Please can anyone help?

PS 1.5.2.0 localhost: all OK server Linux on Godaddy hosting: all OK, store OK, all working, can upload store logo images, but can't upload product images

saya pake prestashop 1.4.9. saat di localhost normal2 aja. tp ketika di hosting gambar produk tidak muncul?. padahal permision img sudah 0777 semua ....dan susah di regenerate mohon bantuan gan http://toko-bersama.com/

Hi, In Front Office i have image error for all featured products. Module is designed by Prestashop and is crashed in Firefox and Google Chrome.
