Hi all, i'm running a Prestashop Shop https://travelandbusinesstore.com/pt/ In Chrome and Firefox everything works fine, but IE (Internet Explorer) all versions, I got flaws. -Social buttons at top under login doesn't appear -Main slideshow doesn't load any image. -Product Details: info and question Tabs also have flaws. Why this only appen in IE? Just to help understanding, I use curvycurves and it was giving me problems, update it problems solved but slideshow and social still stoping. Appreciate any help! Thanks! Bonjour, Soucis en série ce matin sur mon site www.lemagasindelaudition.com (hébergement mutualisé OVH): Affichage dégaillant sous IE 9 (décalage à gauche et barre d'outils haute mal affichée) Sou firefox, OK pour l'affichage En admin : 2 erreurs indiquées dans le BO Modules (concerne blockmyaccountfooter) voir image jointe Et enfin, erreur 404, quand je clique sur lien fonctionnalités frontoffice eb BO Modules... Des idées ? Quelqu'un peut m'aider, svp... Merci JLL

Hola! He puesto el mismo theme en dos tiendas distintas con la misma versión (una tienda real, y otra de prueba). La tienda real contiene módulos de terceros y alguna que otra modificación, la de prueba no. En Internet Explorer, de la versión 9 hacia abajo en la real se ve el tema descuadrado y en la de prueba se ve perfectamente. He probado de desactivar los módulos de terceros que tenía en la tienda real y no ha cambiado nada. Alguien puede saber cuál es la causa de este problema? Hola! Sabéis como puedo solucionar la compatibilidad de mi web con IE9? Se ve toda descuadrada.. pero en cambio subo el mismo tema en otra tienda para hacer una prueba: www.tusesencias.es/test999 y se ve bien.. Puede ser algún módulo o algo que lo haga fallar? Es algo de DocType? Gracias!!

Bonjour, Les images de mes produits s'affichent en taille miniature dans ie9 (environ 2px * 2px) alors qu'elles s'affichent correctement dans firefox 18.0.1. Connaissant IE, ça ne me surprend pas mais j'aimerais beaucoup régler ce problème d'affichage donc si quelqu'un peut m'aider, je suis preneur! Merci, jimmy -
My store www.coltrak.com is almost good in all browser but in IE9 it collapses when reaches product page. I think its the mimic slider that actually holds up the page at index and then collapses when u go on to product and there is no slider. Anyone knows how to fix this? Or give me a lead where to start. Thanks -
Hallo, nach einem update von 1.5.2 auf die neueste Version 1.5.3.1 werden im IE9 die Vorschaubilder nur noch als kleine Punkte in 1x1 Pixel angezeigt. In anderen Browsern wie Firefox, Chrome oder Safari funktionieren Sie aber korrekt. Die URL der Bilder im Quellcode ist korrekt, allerdings werden die Grössenangaben wie folgt angegeben: height="" width="" Ich denke der IE wird dann als einziger der Browser 1x1 nehmen während alle anderen die tatsächliche Bildgrösse verwenden. Wie kann ich das Problem beheben? Hier ein paar Infos zur Server-Konfiguration: Version der Server-Software: Apache PHP-Version: 5.3.10 Speichergrenze: 400M max_execution_time: 320 PrestaShop-Version: 1.5.3.1 Erforderliche Parameter: OK Optionale Parameter: OK Das Template ist eine angepasste Version des 1.5. default templates welches offline geändert und später unter neuem namen neu hochgeladen wurde. I have 2 problems... 1- when i installed my Prestashop 1.4.9 the theme prestashop_New (the one that looks like the default for prestashop 1.5.3). It works fine under firefox but not under IE9. can some tell me what is going wrong with it? 2- How can i make my product_list (on PS1.4.9) to look like the one i have on PS1.5.3 ?? I have search over the forum but nothing like the guide for 1.5.3 and i need it for PS1.4.9 to work with the prestashop_new theme.

Hi guys having a bit of a drama with my site. I know it was ok when I went live. But now not sure whats happened. All other browsers seem fine and work well. IE9 on the other hand has sent the top menu bar all over the place for some unknown reason. Just got notified of this by a customer. See the attached screen shot. Settings as follows: Smart cache for CSS is on Smart cache for JavaScript is on Minify HTML is on Compress inline JavaScript in HTML is on High risk HTML compression is off forced compile is set to no and cache is on. I have tried a few different things with these settings , but nothing seemed to work. Yes I did refresh my browser and clear cache after I changed settings. Thanks Mike

I'm having a Big issue. My Advanced Top Menu module (1.7.9.8) is causing serious issues with my product pages, but only in IE9. I'm not sure upgrading it will fix it or just cost me money or is there another top Nav module? The issues. When advanced top menu is enabled, and you go to a product in IE9 I get the following issues. Loss of add to cart button loss of top checkout/search (modal cart module) loss of footer combines product tabs into one box Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all, New here. I'm having issues with IE9. When you click on a product I lose my add to cart button and my top cart nav header. I'm wondering if this has something to do with the modal cart module. Regardless, customers can't buy what they can't add to there cart. Can some one offer assistance? Bueno empecé este tema por que se un poco de programación, pero no estoy del todo familiarizado con la estructura de prestashop. Propongo que desarrollemos un segmento de codigo o complemento para prestashop que permita activar el tema móvil por default en navegadores sin javascript ya sea con integración en el backoffice por medio de un modulo o con segmentos de codigo html o php para agregar a los archivos Si has desarrollado algún modulo de prestashop o quieres colaborar por favor ayuda -
Bonjour à tous ! Je poste ici, mais je ne suis pas sur de la catégorie (il aurait pu se trouver dans bugs…) J'ai un gros soucis avec internet explorer 9. Pour les autres navigateurs, tout fonctionne. Testé sur Firefox, IE6 (bug mineures barre de nav), IE7, IE8, Safari, Chrome. Pas de soucis par contre avec ie9, c'est la cata... Il semblerait que les javascripts ne soient pas pris (ou mal pris) en compte. Au chargement, l'on voit bien la page se construire, puis tout par en vrille. Pas de fond de page, navigation présente mais invisible. Colonne gauche inexistante. Dans les fiches produits, pas de bouton ajouter au panier. En recherchant sur le net, j'ai vu qu'il y avait des pb liés au javascript avec ie9. J'ai testé la méthode d'urgence : <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE8" /> Mais cela ne change rien. Le site : http://www.saintjames-effetmer.com Si quelqu'un a une idée ou a déjà rencontré ce pb. Merci. Edit : en vidant les caches, la méthode d'urgence fonctionne. Il me reste plus qu'à trouver le module qui fait planter l'ensemble sur ie9. -
Hi! My shop is up and running and I'm adding stock everyday. I've recently tested it and everything works great in Firefox and Chrome but in Internet Explorer 9, the product titles and images seem to be slightly off. Is there a way to fix that without having reset things that will make it look different in Firefox/Chrome? My site is www.dilevafashion.com so you can see for yourself. Only IE that's giving me problems as far as I can tell. Thanks! -
Hola a todos Tengo la versión 1.4.6.2 de prestashop instalada con un JQuery Nivo Slider 2.0 para una galería en la portada. Lo visualizo perfectamente en todos los navegadores salvo en el internet explorer 8 y 9, que no carga correctamente, no aparecen las flechas de navegación y la imagen sale cortada. Se puede ver directamente en http://www.sure-ibiza.com Alguien tiene idea de cual puede ser el problema? Muchas gracias. -
Bonjour, Mon site est terminé, et oh surprise, sur IE9 il n’apparait pas comme sur Firefox ni Chrome ! Je vous joins des imprims écrans : Il devrait apparaître en fond gris et sans " retour " de l'image en haut à droite, et il apparaît en fond blanc avec ce retour sur l'image....Bizarre. Autre souci, dans Chrome, sur un de mes ordinateurs, j'ai le message suivant quand je clique sur les images " The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later." Sur mon autre ordi, cela fonctionne normalement. Quelqu'un a t il une idée ? Je vous remercie

Hi, I have a problem with the addthis social media displaying on IE9 browser. All other browsers are working properly except for IE9. It seems like IE has problems reading the images of the social icons. Hi, I have this blockcart on my theme but some how the position is always off to the bottom when load in IE8 or IE9. i have tried many changing the "DOCTYPE" but no luck. Hi out there, Do you have the same issues as me? Look at my shop on IE8 or IE9: www.art-mosaik.ch/shop Firefox or Chrome shows everything normal. Before upgrading to 1.4.5 it worked fine on all browsers. It shows with errors even in compatibility mode, can you help me? Thx a lot!
