Hi all! I have a group discount for all customers, of 5% discount in all products of my webstore. Now, I want to create a voucher/cart rule that will give 15% discount for selected customers, but ignore/override the 5%. I created it already, but it acumulates with the the group discount, giving it 5% + 15% discount in the final cart. Is there a way to do this? Thank you.

I can not create a non-cumulative discounts (for loyality customer groups). Situation: Some product are on sale with 5% discount. I have loyal customer group (I made a group: customers/groups, then created for them 10% catalog price rule), they have 10% discount. I'd like the customer from loyality group get 10% discount for the specials produts too (not 5% and not 15%). So I would like apply the higher discounts for the customers. And... when log in a memeber of a loyality group, I don't want to show all products under the Specials („On sale”) menu! PS 1.5.6.2, my test site: shop.flexa.hu Have any idea to make this?

I setup a group discount and added few user into that group and set their default group as well. When I logged in as one of the user, the prices started to appear after discounts. So for Product 1 actual price was $600, and user was seeing $540 (since the discount was 10%). It may be bit confusing for a user, as she would feel that $540 is the actual price of the product. Ideally there should be a message which appear in case we create a cart rule. After research, I realized that instead of applying group discount, we should create a cart rule, select particular group and remove the combination with other rules (in condition tab). Does anyone else has better solution? -
Hello, I am having trouble with the Groups functionality applying discounts in Prestashop 1.5.6. I created a 'Wholesaler' group with a straight discount of 20% on all products. I assigned a specific customer to the 'Wholesaler' group. When I log into the front end as that customer and add products to the Cart, the discount is not applied. I tried creating groups with straight discount (not category specific) and again with category specific Neither is applying the discount. The ps_group and ps_group_lang tables show the newly added groups correctly, but the ps_group_reduction table and the ps_product_group_reduction_cache tables are empty. Is this expected? Can you help me get the Group discount working? Please see attached document for screen prints. Thanks in advance ! Renee -
Since my Customer Groups Category Discount doesn't work on my PS1.5.6, I was given the suggestion to use Catalog Price Rules instead. But now I encountered a limitation, where I cannot add a new Condition such as "Customer" to the Catalog Price Rules. Currently there are 5 conditions: Category, Manufacturer, Supplier, Attributes, Features.

Hello, we have problem that Prestashop applies client Group discount on products that are already on sale (have specific price). This issue was already solved for Prestashop 1.3 here http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/58967-solved-how-to-change-discount-policies/ Solution (change of Product.php) works for 1.4 only partially, there is still problem with price in invoice and in admin. I dont know what to change exactly in PaymentModule.php because it is very different from 1.3 version. thank you for any help
