Hi. I got problem with integrated module Customer follow up module. (prestashop version 1.4.9.0). When sending mails to customer, I got error No ISO code for email. It sends mails for reorders and canceled carts, but it doesn't send mails to best and bad customers. Any ideas? -
Hi I just reinstalled Prestashop 1.6, and just got about finished configuring, but then I realise some modules are missing. Referral program Customer loyalty Customer Follow up Google Analytics Paypal The modules are not in the modules folder in the installation files, I tried to look for them in adds but do not find. I am lauching my shop soon, please help. Kind Regards Kat -
I'm not sure how to approach this issue, but as far as I understand the CODE is missing from the voucher created by the Follow Up -module. We're using 1.5.3.1 version of the Prestashop and just started to take the follow up module in use, and luckily tried out the mail that had only one customer as receiver:) -
Hi all I have been looking into the Customer Follow-up module. If I use option 4 (Bad customers) I can configure the module to send an email to customers who have not purchased in x number of days. Does this send the email once or does it keep repeating every x number of days? My client has asked me to set up a delayed (by 2 weeks) automatic follow-up that gives purchasers an opportunity to say what they think of the product and service etc. I thought I could make use of the follow-up module by using option 4 and re-wording the email template into a short questionaire. Or is there an existing module that lets me do this? Thanks David
