Buongiorno, ho installato ora prestashop ultima versione. Dopo l'installazione accedo al mio pannello /admin0000 e mi si presenta la schermata di login solo che non che non risulta la mail e la password di registrazione? dove posso recuperarle? la mail che pensavo aver usato per la registrazione non risulta registrata forse avrò commesso un errore di battitura. Posso registrarne una nuova o devo reinstallare tutto?

Hi divyeshp, I need the top menu categories to be arranged the categories automatically by choosing the newest model first. Today we manually add the top menu categories, but we need the menu to arrange the categories by itself and choose the newest model first, and afterwards the most popular models in the given model or type category. I have an account with First Data, installed and configured the First Data Module, and entered my credit card info at checkout. When I hit the "validate order" button, my credit card info is cleared, and nothing is submitted to the payment gateway. The following is appended to the url: ?step=3&cgv=1&firstdataError=#firstdata-anchor I called First Data's support line to make sure I was doing everything correctly. They went so far as to successfully submit a test transaction with all my credentials. I found this topic of the same issue, but it's zero help. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/265447-problems-whit-firsdata-gateway-module/ Just like that topic, First Data claimed it's a PrestaShop problem. I understand that thousands are using this module with no issue, so is there a scenario where a unrelated parameter is interfering? -
Hello, I have just uploaded the Prestashop files ready to install it on my server, however I am now getting the dreaded '500 Internal Server Error'. I have removed the .htaccess file and still get this error, I also have tried uploading the files to a different folder and still I get this error. If i remove all the files, the error goes.. it seems to be just with the prestashop files, all of which I have not edited or even used, as I have not even been able to install the software. I have googled and looked around on the forums, but it seems most people get this error after they have installed or further down the line.. Anything wrong with the installation files which I need to edit to fix this? Many thanks! -
My website has two language options, the default I set in BO is Thai while the other is English. However, even though I set Thai as my default language (under Localization section) the first time web entry is still English. There is a "/en? after the url. Someone know how can I set the first timer entry to Thai? Thanks PS 1.5.5

Hello, maybe my answer sound a little strange, but, in my way to change some things to prestashop ( 1.5.4), when i used the toggle tools from the web developer / firefox, it is showing me the first page, I look for it, but i couldn't find it anywhere. Hy ! I have just started http://www.fratellicervi.com/pic/ this trial prestahop but I have a problem ..that I coudl'nt find in the white paper. How does it works the Appearence and Postions ? What I mean is that, I have started with an empty database, and even if I added some product I couldn't see nothin in the web site. I have understand that I need to install some module, and those module authomatically goes to the Positions and consequently I have started to see some changes in my site. Finally I have installed the Featured Products module that start to show me some product ..but is not what I wanted ... I just want to get my central column with a kind of mosaic with all the prducts I have added ..what should I do ? do I have to install some specific module for having the products ? .. Thanks Mirco
