Bonjour, Le pixel Facebook devient de moins en moins fiable pour mesurer les performances des pubs Facebook puisque les navigateurs renforcent le blocage des cookies. Nous cherchons donc à implémenter l'API Conversion que Facebook vient de lancer : https://www.facebook.com/business/help/2041148702652965 La majorité des plateformes e-commerce proposent déjà une intégration partenaire qui permet de mettre en place l'API Conversions très facilement : https://www.facebook.com/business/help/260370078559247 Prestashop n'y figure pas. Une intégration partenaire est elle prévue ? si oui quand ? Merci Beaucoup

Hi guys, somebody knows how to configure facebook pixel properly? I use 1.7.7.2 width facebook free module for prestashop and: - pixel does not work properly (i have configured personalizad events from business manager), example: https://hippiesoul.shop/en/wedge-sandals/25-138-angkor-ice-suede.html#/32-size-35_eu_5_us (add to cart) for example does not work. - catalogue is not working despite the facebook module says everything is ok. I need some solution, or how to setting up manually (from code) events in our site. Thanks in advance. Regards,

Hi! I have a problema with my facebook dinamic ads because when I see the image in the ads manager it cuts the product. For some placements I can crop it with an inner facebook tools but for others its not possible. Basically what I need to know is if you can send a different image for facebook ads from PrestaShop and how I can do it? We use Channable as an intermediate platform to create de feed url but they told us that this kind of things have to be arrange directly in the ecommerce platform. Also, I have asked Facebook support but they can not do magic if the image that the feed gives them is rectangular. Please, if anyone has any idea how can I solve this!!
