Hello for everyone, I have a installation of the prestashop 1.7.5.1 When I click in the option Enable SSL my BackOffice just "reload" and this is it, nothins happens. My Domain Have SSL Certificate installed with succes as validate on the site https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html. I looked in several places but I couldn't find anything to help me. I've already cleared my browser's and application's cache too. I don't know what else to do

Hello, I am wondering if anyone can help. Recently I purchased Facebook PS Shop Tab module which has come with two errors, however there is an error I need to overcome before I can tackle those errors and that is to do with SSL. When in my dashboard I go to 'Enable SSL' (Preferences > General) but get the following error --- Not FoundThe requested URL /psadmin/index.php was not found on this server. --- Has anyone come across this before. Looking within the files I do have an index.php within the psadmin folder and without it giving more details I cannot understand why the error would come up. Any help would be much appreciated. I have been through and through and through this and I'm at the point of tears because hostgator has everything on their end correct, they swear the SSL is fine and I can't get an answer to why this is happening. I have an SSL cert on the webpage: www.protectsurface.com Hostgator has verified and verified this for me, however when I access the storefront from the home page my SSL cert keylock dissapears. Hostgator swears its still there, its still working it just is an issue with the htaccess file in joomla HOWEVER I go into the admin panel for prestashop I log in I click on Preferences I click on General I click where it says to click for enableing the SSL: Please click here to use HTTPS protocol before enabling SSL. I get a DNS error, The server at https can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network. I need to get the SSL to work for the stripe module to work and I really just need someone to tell me what I need to do.. please HELP

Hi there, I have prestashop 1.4.9.0 website working properly. Now i bought and installed SSL to my apache server. However, I cannot enable SSL at BO. When I click "Please click here to use HTTPS protocole before enabling SSL" system turns http to https and gives error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR) Do i have to do another settings after SSL installed to server and before enabling it at BO. Please Help
